  A couple weeks back me and my family loss our beloved cat Princess , parting with her was the most heartbreaking thing we had to face but the people are paws to heaven made the process much more smoother for use , Keith was incredibly kind and understanding, his communication was great , he was constantly updating me about the cremation process for Princess , words cannot describe how grateful me and my family are , I trusted Keith to take care for my girl and he did just that , if you have just lost a pet and you don’t know where to go from there I highly recommend going to paws to heaven, I can confidently say your furry baby is in the hands of good people ❤️

  I’ve used them in the past but up until this point I’ve only ever opted to get the basic box and nameplate, which going forward I’ll be doing. My vet is partnered with them and when putting the order through I was to get: 1 ink print (not shown) 1 ceramic cozy cat urn AND 2 (TWO) onyx paw print necklaces. When I picked it up (7/2) it was missing one of the necklaces, my vet made it known to them and asked why was only 1 sent when the order qty said “2” and they said “we didn’t know what QTY meant” I was there, they had it on speaker, I also work healthcare and you know what we do whenever we’re unsure about something? WE CALL AND CONFIRM, I digress. They sent another necklace the following week (7/9). Fine, right? Wrong, because they prepare the necklace for you and seal it shut. So because THEY FORGOT to initially send TWO NECKLACES I am now stuck with a necklace I can’t set up because the urn is also sealed shut.

  we lost our sweet baby boba this past saturday & keith picked him up from our home within the hour. he went above & beyond for us while we grieved our sweet boy, he even drove him back to us and dropped him off on tuesday night. it was & still is such a sensitive situation, they handled it with so much grace. we couldn’t be more appreciative. i’ve attached pictures of their work & some pics of our boy. thank you keith & paws to heaven!♥️

  Paws to heaven have now helped us send our 2nd cat to the rainbow🌈 bridge. I appreciate everything they have done for Mr. Charlee and now his sister Beckie. This will be our last time. This hurts way to much, to loose your fur babies. I can't replace them. Their personality was one of a kind.💔❤😽😽.

  My dog crossed the bridge at 10:00PM on a Saturday night. James answered the phone, even though they were closed. He put me in touch with Dear Pet Memorial Park and called them to let them know that I would be reaching out. He helped to make a horrible experience much easier. This is the second pet Paws to Heaven has cremated for me. They handled each with dignity and care.
