- CDCynthia Demmer2 days ago2.0Big clean store but I waited patiently by the fish & waited & waited, employees wheeling carts of inventory by but NO ONE even stopped to ask if I needed assistance. I waited over 20 minutes (some of that was deciding on the number of fish based on my tank size/plus my existing fish...I have a 50 gallon tank) I finally walked from the fish section (which is the back of the store) to the register (at the front of the store) but there was only the cashier. Mind you, this was 7pm on a Thursday, the store was not busy but the cashier had 2 people on line & I wasn't going to wait, on line, to try to get help in the fish section. I left without the 8 fish I wanted to buy. I'm sure Petco doesn't mind loosing my $50 or so purchase but my time is also worth something to me & they wasted too much.
