- AAAAA2 days ago2.0I come to this Petco once a week due to its location. Every time, I have had an exceptional experience. Today, I did NOT. The cashier Fernando was at a register with 2 people in line ahead of me. Once I got to the front of the line, he logged out of the register and went to the one behind him to pull up an order for the customer he was helping out prior. He did not say anything to me until he was at the other register. I assumed he would come back to this register or he would help me move my items to the new register that he would be at from now on. Instead he just looked at me after ringing up the customer to tell me he will be there from now on. I had to ask him if he wanted me to move my things over to the new register, he said yes. He did NOT offer to help me and continued ringing up people in line who got there after me. I asked if he would help, and ring me up next as I was the next person in line. He did not say anything and continued ringing up his next customer. I found that interaction completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I am very disappointed with the service that Fernando provided at Petco today.
