  I really enjoy the grooming here they are 10/10. I saw they offer vaccines so I decided to bring my new puppy for his vaccines here and he had already had 2 so he was here for his third booster and the check in lady (not even the vet) tried telling me I need to start all of his shots over and buy the most expensive package and when I addressed my concern because he’s already had 2 of the shots and I don’t want to over vaccinate him she rolled her eyes and said she’s done this for thousands of dogs. Seems VERY dangerous and careless so just beware if you bring your pet. I wound up taking my puppy to his actual vet and they read his medical record and gave him his vaccine with no problem and didn’t try selling me a whole package to start over… just seems very odd.

  This was the first time I purchased at Petco in North Plainfield. Also the first time buying fish for the fish tank. We have a great gentleman and his name is Ethan. He is super helpful and nice. He explained so well of all the questions I asked. 👍👍👍

  I am not happy with this store or the staff at all. not even a month ago, I purchased a 40 gallon tank 14 fish everything for the tank and I haven’t even had the tank up a month and it’s leaking which means it was purchased broken. I call speak to a gentleman there and his customer service skills stink he was not helpful. He did not offer any information. I had to keep asking questions and he acted like he did not want to be bothered just horrible. I haven’t had this fish tank a month the fish some of the fish I got were sick. Go back get everything I need for the water and now the tank is leaking and then they tell me they can’t do anything. You have to call the book that came with the tank and see what’s going on with the warranty from them after I spent over $1000 in your store never ever again everybody will know how I have been treated at the Petco in Plainfield, New Jersey. I will never recommend anybody to come to your store ………….. That was until I met one of the managers, Dani she was knowledgeable. She was patient. She listened. She was extremely helpful and into this day she is continuing to be helpful. If you do happen to come to this, Petco, make sure you ask for Dani she’s absolutely amazing. She changed my whole view On Petco and particular site I want to thank Dani so much I came into the store very angry left nasty review and Dani changed all of that around before I walked out of that store again so thank you so much. You’re amazing.

  Employees greeted us as we came in . I asked them where I could find cat food . They directed me to area . I decided to pick up a litter box but wasn’t sure if the size was correct for my cats and the employee assured me it was a sufficient size . Very very helpful . It was a good experience.
