  If I could give this veterinary office zero stars, I absolutely would. I am beyond angry, disappointed, and heartbroken by the lack of care and urgency my 8-week-old kitten received. I brought my kitten in because his stomach was severely bloated, and I was genuinely concerned about his health. The veterinarian spent approximately five minutes examining him before concluding that he had worms, administering medication, and sending us home. No additional testing, no bloodwork, and no further investigation into what could have been causing his condition. What makes this even more upsetting is that this appointment was advertised as a free first visit. I cannot help but question whether the lack of an office visit fee influenced the level of care my kitten received. While I cannot say that was the reason, the minimal attention given to such a young, vulnerable animal raises serious concerns. We were instructed to bring him back in three weeks. Unfortunately, my kitten never made it to that follow-up appointment. He passed away just ONE WEEK after being seen. I trusted this veterinary office to take my kitten's symptoms seriously, investigate his condition, and provide appropriate medical care. Instead, I left with a diagnosis that appeared to have been made without sufficient testing and no indication that his condition could be life-threatening. I understand that not every animal can be saved, but I firmly believe every animal deserves a thorough examination, appropriate diagnostic consideration, and genuine effort from the professionals entrusted with their care. My kitten deserved more than five minutes of attention. He deserved a fighting chance. I will never know whether additional testing or earlier intervention could have changed the outcome, and that is something I now have to live with. I am absolutely devastated, and I would strongly encourage other pet owners to think carefully before trusting this office with their beloved animals. When someone brings in a sick 8-week-old kitten, their concerns should be taken seriously, regardless of whether the visit is free or paid. My kitten deserved better. His life mattered. And I sincerely hope no other family has to experience this kind of heartbreak.

  I came here last week for my first visit, which was free of charge with a coupon; the doctor looked at my kitten, who had an eye infection, and rushed him out while repeatedly mentioning a $75 monthly plan. I came in today to ask about the monthly plan because my kitten is about to die, and they basically said it would cost more for a visit and that they could not help, so I had to bring my cat to the animal hospital because this clinic is useless.

  Needed renewal of allergy meds. Been getting it for probably 5 years. Showed up yesterday at 9:30 AM to be told I have to wait for Dr. approval they'd call me back by 6. No call. Waited another day til 5PM - no call. Called and was told it's not approved because she needs blood work first. I'm sorry but I get emails from them couldn't someone have told me in advance? When I picked up the pills a 2 months ago, couldn't they have said she needs blood work? A bit disappointed right now. On the other hand the women at the desk are lovely to chat with. Oh they don't notify me because my dog isn't on "the plan"....

  They charge an arm and a leg for the most basic services. They will trick you with smooth words to trap/ make you pay more. The doctors also make you feel bad for not buying services the dog clearly doesn’t need and makes you feel like you don’t care about you pet child for not having the funds. I’ve wasted several hundreds of dollars for them to not even find out the diagnosis when spca got it for only $140… never coming back and don’t recommend it
