- CRCortney RolleyJun 18, 20261.0I am writing to express my displeasure with not receiving a call back from this facility. Every time I call I am left on hold for at least 10 minutes. I spoke with the receptionist yesterday morning about concerns with my cat constantly sneezing. I was told the doctor would call back. Of course no call back. I called this morning to advise that I did not receive a returned phone call and was told the doctor had an emergency and left early. That is understandable, but what I do not understand is why someone wouldn’t call to update me. I’m still dealing with my cat who appears to be getting worse and once again I was told someone would call me in an hour. Two hours later, I call back and once again left on hold for 12 minutes to be told that they are busy and the doctor hasn’t reviewed anything yet. At this point, it is clear this facility does not care about their patients and lacks in the customer service department. My cat is 4 years old and has been coming here since he was 3 months old. The lack of communication and customer service is the reason why I am now looking for a vet elsewhere.

Not only do I love them but my best friend do too. She goes in and just greets and love every one there. I will ALWAYS choose Banfield!

- SSSharaSep 13, 20231.0If I could give zero stars i would. Avoid this place at ALL costs! My pet went in for a regular exam and they mixed her up with another animal and prepped her for surgery!!!! They gave her medicine to put her to sleep according to the other pets weight.(I have a very small pet) Then the vet herself told me "well we didn't even have to tell you." They never documented it and I still don't know the exact amount they gave my pet!!! It was a BIG PROBLEM after all that they still sent my pet home in the other pets leash and harness. I ended up contacting the other pets owners to find out the size of their pet so I can attempt so ballpark how much they gave my pet!!! So disappointing and absolutely HORRIBLE. In addition they didn't want to cancel my wellness plan after this. I had been going here for roughly a decade prior to this incident AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
