  I am actually writing for my cat, who had the best time ever! She loved the staff, and she had so much fun with her kitty TV, swatting at the birds. We were allowed to bring her favorite blankie and toy mice, also her own food with no upcharge. There are daily texts about your companion animal so you know how they are doing. This may not be the least expensive option but you know you have done the very best for your furry friend. I told our kitty that her room was even nicer than ours!😹 Be sure to reserve well in advance! Highly recommend.

  i have been taking my dog here for years. he started as a puppy in their puppy program and now goes every month for grooming and daycare. he loves going and is always so excited when we say he is going for a ride to norris animal inn. everyone is super nice. the animals are happy and well cared for. the facility is clean and well maintained and quite fancy. i highly highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and caring animal facility. and they have three locations!

  If you’re considering training your dog, I wanted to share my experience In specific with the Academy Daycare program. I have an almost 3-year-old Australian Shepherd. Pros: My dog is very gentle but also quite anxious. We initially signed him up for their canine training camp program (included overnights stay). Toward the end of the first day, they called us and let us know he was having a difficult time settling in. I actually give them a lot of credit for that because they clearly prioritized his emotional well being and didn’t try to push him through a program that wasn’t a good fit. They seemed genuinely concerned about his comfort and stress level, not just completing the training. Cons: Since the Academy Training program was too intense for my dog, I wanted to transition him more gradually by enrolling him in a few Academy Daycare sessions before trying the camp again without the overnight stay. However, after speaking with them, I learned that the Academy Daycare program does not follow a structured training plan. Instead, you provide a list of skills you’d like your dog to work on, and the trainer on duty decides what to focus on that day. If your dog attends another day with a different trainer, they may choose to work on something completely different or repeat a previous skill. There doesn’t appear to be a consistent progression or training roadmap with the academy day care, which I think is important for potential clients to know when reviewing all your options ! Overall: Would I board my dog there? Absolutely. Would I use their grooming services? Yes. But if your dog needs focused behavioral work, confidence building, or a structured training program with specific goals and measurable progress, I don’t think this is the right place for training. Their care for the dogs is excellent, but their training approach wasn’t what I was looking for.

  Lulu, our Russell terrier, had a ball apparently during her recent 5-day stay. She looked great when we picked her up, was so enamored of the place that after we left the building she tried to go back in!! She was in great shape and best of all did come home ill ( unlike the previous two kennels our other dog stayed in). Very pleased to Morris Animal Inn for boarding and daycare.
