The care was amazing and the team kind, caring and professional . I truly believe they saved our dog ! dr Simmons took the time to explain everything , keeping us updated on Rosie’s progress and recovery . She was knowledgeable but listened to our concerns and answered our questions . The attention to detail was incredible even a discharge call to check on Rosie that same evening . I cant say enough about this practice as good as any veterinarians private practice . I would highly recommend.

Jamie is the absolute last person on this planet who should be working at a veterinary office where sick animals and pet parents come on the worst of their days. She is extremely dismissive, disrespectful, condescending, and aggressive. My dog was seen here 3 times in less than 30 days for the same illness. The vet told me she did not have an infection (although she had literal pus oozing from her). On my last visit, Jamie decided I should be charged as a new illness, however we were back with the same illness that hadn’t been treated or resolved over the last 2 visits. Charging me as a new illness seems unfair and predatory considering I’ve spent a pretty penny the last couple of visits with no resolution and it’s NOT a new illness. I left in the middle of my appointment and took her to another clinic to get my dog the care she needs.
