  Had an appointment and when i arrived the place was closed (they are usually open 7 days a week) I checked my appointment and I was on time and even received a confirmation email but no notice they would be closed that particular day or cancellation of the appointment

  I have been going to Banfield for years. I never had an issue until Dr. Singleton. While he seemed competent in treating my dog, he is unresponsive and does not follow up with his clients even after they spend $2,000 on bloodwork. I have called several times trying to get a response. I was assured that he would call me back and never received a call. The first time I called, it was two weeks after we went to the vet for the blood test. He did not reach out, I had to call. I asked him what was going on and he said that we needed to come back in because they didn't take enough blood for the test. So I would not have known about this incompetence if I had not called. We went back to do the extra bloodwork. It has now been 3 weeks since our second attempt at this blood test and I still haven't gotten results. I have called twice now for these results after the second visit. I will be going to a different vet after I get my results because I should not be spending that kind of money and fighting to get what I paid for.

  Every time is a different doctor who want more test and protocol and want to charge you for more test

  I was not given a cost break down or being told what im being charged for waited a week to hear back from their manager had to call corporate and then call them back again they were unsympathetic and unwillingly to resolve the issue. Wellness policies are also extremely over priced and you'd still need to get ER/emergency coverage for your pet Their manger is unsympathetic and unwilling to acknowledge any wrong doings of the staff, apologize or make amends I did this vet visit on a whim for their free first office visit will not be coming back here

  Banfield Pet Hospital is a delight. The staff is welcoming and treat your pet like their own. I have the pet plan and my dog receives all her medical care under the plan and at the Moorestown facility.
