I was disappointed to find that the facility appeared inexperienced in handling difficult dogs. While I understand that certain services, such as grooming, can be challenging for pets who dislike being touched, I expected a higher level of professional expertise and persistence in a boarding environment. Our dog is always excited. to get out of the car when we arrive. I would not board our pets anywhere else.
