  I took my cat to the emergency clinic; they saw him very quickly, without an appointment. It is a very nice, clean clinic, and the staff were very kind and professional. Unfortunately, my sweet baby was very ill, and nothing could be done. He passed away at home that night. The veterinarian clearly explained the test results and the fact that his death was imminent. She was very compassionate; they treated both my baby and me—as I was overcome with tears—very well. Highly recommended. It was expensive, but that’s how things are these days; prices are high, especially for veterinary and medical care.

  I took my dog Lilly there when she had puss coming out of her eye and her vet could not see her and told me to go to the ER for testing. I called Bond in Montclair and they saw her immediately. Dr. Brian Sposato was attentive, friendly and through. He told me his plan of testing and different options and gave me the cost of each option. His tech Nicole was also very informative and friendly as was the girl at the front desk. I was able to get the medication my dog needed from them and left feeling confident in her treatment. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and I would definitely return if needed.

  They are just money hungry and will always recommend more tests to add money to the bill. Only needed a rabies shot and somehow they keep adding on to make the bill higher. My dog desparately needed surgery that was simple and wanted almost 5k. Found many other places who charged less then 1k for the procedure but everything was booked up. Was fortunate to find an opening and pay under 1k with blood work and meds. If you like wasting time and money this place is for you. They do not care about animals.

  I was arranging my dog, Jonesy’s, travel to Australia without an agent. The preparation requires 6 months prior to departure. Thoroughout the course of six months of Jonesy’s travel preparation, Dr. Tyagi was absolutely exceptional. Hands down the best vet! She was incredibly diligent, communicative, detail-oriented, organized and thorough from start to finish. She carefully reviewed every email, document, and timeline I provided, and always on top of everything. It was clear that she took our case very seriously and personally, which was very reassuring. She is not only professional, but also warm and caring, which made the entire experience much less stressful. I’m truly grateful that she was willing to take on such a daunting task for Jonesy and me and help make it happen. I also appreciate there is always a visit summary sent to you after each visit, to summarize the conversation you had and what was done in that visit, down to details like what brand of the vaccination was being used. It helped tremendously to track progress and help me plan out an international travel flawlessly. It is also very easy to download the most up-to-date medical record from the website. The integrated system is definitely a big plus. (You won’t see it in any other vet. Having to email /call a customer service and wait for them to respond/ locate a single document is very stressful when you needed right away) A sincere thank you to the entire Bond Vet Montclair team (special shout out to Angelica, Richard, Sarah, Danielle, Dr.Sposato and whoever filled out his final HC!!)— Jonesy has successfully landed in Melbourne and this would not have been possible without you!!
