Dr. Mancuso was kind and trusting. Everything was easy and on time for a last minute urgent appointment! I’m so grateful.

This practice is a SCAM stay far away! There’s a reason the first visit is free and it shows. They did not dispense the correct amount of medication for my cats infection which is MALPRACTICE and I will be writing to the Vet board. I still don’t know if the medicine they gave me was not compounded correctly, not enough, or incorrectly labeled the syringe and I’ve been giving him too much. They scammed me into paying for medicine I already paid for TWICE. My family came in on Monday and paid for 5 days worth of medication during my cats visit (also stated specifically on the manufactures label ‘5-7 days worth.’) On Tuesday (the next day) I called and spoke to customer service on a recorded line stating there has been a mistake and not enough medicine was dispensed. I was told that they spoke to the doctor and she gave me enough for 5 days and it just may seem like it’s not enough but surely it is…. It’s now his 4th day of treatment and there is no medicine left in the bottle so he’s missing 4 doses. Now I call and speak directly to the office who states they will dispense 2 days worth and to stop in. I come in on my lunch break and told by the front desk that I have to pay for the medicine. I am completely taken aback. I inform her I called Tuesday about this and now I’m here again and I paid for this medicine already I shouldn’t be paying for it again. She comes up with this fake story that not a single doctor or person in this office informed us prior that this second bottle is being dispensed now and not before because they couldn’t give me all the medicine in his first visit because the shelf life is short and this is how they dispense it. I’m in the medical field and it is amoxicillin refrigerated its shelf life is not 5 days especially when the label says it’s supposed to be 5-7 days distributed….. I inform her again how I called on Tuesday and was told by the Dr I was given 5 days worth and show her how the packaging states there should be 5-7 days in here! I ask to speak to a manager I’m told they’re not here right now and at another office. I ask her to call the manager she states she cannot. I am put in a corner and have to pay for this medicine for my cats well being while they scam their customers and try to talk to them like they’re idiots. Horrific customer service when THEY MADE AN ERROR. If you care for your pets safety do not bring them here they cannot even correctly calculate and dispense medication I cannot imagine what else is being done incorrectly.

I will never visit this branch again. Vet gave wrong medication to my cat for hematuria. She gave Zorbrium which is post operative analgesic and gave misleading information that it was anti inflammatory. I did not receive x ray report on time. I have not yet received ultrasound report. My cat has internal issue but the vet blamed it on the matted hair on my cat. They made me pay extra for emergency appointment but it was not emergency and I booked an appointment slot prior. Difference in giving me information on the mediation by Vet and the technician ( technician was more honest and told me it is pain medication and not anti inflammatory as falsely claimed by vet) They force you to do expensive tests like X-rays instead of a simple urinalysis for urinary issues. She also refused to give antibiotics and I lost faith in what she said and refused further treatment with her. I received x ray report 2 days later after multiple chats and calls to them for which I paid $425. I had to repeat the tests again in VCA which did a much better job and effectively treated my cat. Director offered alternative treatment but never reached out to me to fix the appointment or give me a slot. My cat was in tremendous stress due to hematuria which was ineffectively treated by Vet quoting pain medication as “ anti inflammatory” I wish they read this review and watch the recordings of their clinic dated March 01. VCA clinic effectively treated my cat. Don’t blame external appearance of my cat to what’s going internally and stop hiring inefficient staff.

AMAZING STAFF. Everyone is extremely friendly here, the front is super nice and very attentive and makes sure all your questions are answered. I have four cats and they’ve seen almost every vet at this location, and each one of them is outstanding. They only want what’s best for your pet !!! 10/10 recommend coming here ! I used to go elsewhere but I’m never going back to that place and will only be coming here!

I want to begin by saying I truly appreciate the veterinarian I saw and the efforts made to help my dog during a very difficult time. I am not blaming this practice for her passing, as she was 12 years old and I understand the situation was complex and ultimately part of the natural course of life. That said, I do want to share my experience honestly. During our visits, we discussed treatment options including medication and oxygen therapy, and I left feeling hopeful that these measures could help stabilize her condition. We also had conversations about the ethical considerations of euthanasia. I clearly remember expressing that if it ever reached the point where she was suffering, I would not want to prolong that and would support euthanasia if recommended. At the time, I was told it was not yet at that stage of “end of life” and that we should continue to monitor her response to treatment. Within 1-2 days with no positive reaction to the treatment, then we will revisit euthanizing. I followed that guidance and brought her in for the prescribed care, including a furosemide injection. In hindsight, I wish there had been more direct honesty about how critical her condition was, because I would have chosen to humanely let her go rather than continue treatments that gave me hope but ultimately did not change the outcome. It also felt, from my perspective in the moment, like there were ongoing treatment options presented that required additional expensive costs while I was trying to do everything possible for her. I would have deeply appreciated clearer guidance if euthanasia was truly the more compassionate, ethical, reasonably affordable, and humane option at that stage. I share this not as blame, but as my honest perspective of how the situation unfolded and how it felt from my side as her owner during her final hours. I was forced to watch my dog decline rapidly, given the false hope, leading to her passing away in our home, the same day she was seen at the clinic for the furosemide injection. I am grateful for the care provided, and the attempts to help her, even through such a traumatic and heartbreaking outcome.
