- KMkathleen molinoJun 13, 20261.0Quite annoyed - the poor bettas that are in the cups just like any other pet store really need to be taking care of better .. bought one the other day they was basically laying on its side - it died that night - just called the pet store to find out the policy about a replacement n the guy tells me he needs a sample of my tank water n the passed fish .. not trying yo get a free fish was trying to save one’s life .. ugh

She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. As a new turtle owner, I really appreciated how helpful and informative she was. She made sure I understood the different options available and helped me choose what would be best for my pet. It's clear that she genuinely cares about animals and enjoys helping customers. Employees like her make a big difference, and I wanted to make sure her excellent customer service was recognized. Thank you for having such a dedicated and friendly team member.
- RSRoberta SchipperMay 8, 20262.0The purchase at the store in Middletown yesterday was very pleasant to shop at and had wonderful sales help. Unfortunately, both items were the wrong size. I was near the store in Marlboro today, so with the receipt, I went there to make my exchange. They did not have the right sizes ( & also no decent sales help), so I needed to just make it a return. They told me that they could not add my rewards back into my account and that I forfeited them. “That’s why we ask if you want to use them” is what I was told. They can keep my rewards and I’ll get what I need at Pet Smart instead!
