The vets are so thorough and knowledgeable and I appreciate all the tips esp w having two pups! They give the animals 10/10 treatment.. Best vet I’ve ever been to.

They listened to my concerns with previous bad experiences and treated my fur babies with the upmost love and respect. I am very happy with my experience and my cats are doing great! I cannot thank them enough!!

- ANAmulya NarayanAug 1, 20261.0I took my cat there since we just moved nearby. My cat is very social, harness-trained and food motivated. I took her for a physical exam and they immediately scruffed her while clipping her nails which made her aggressive. I am against scruffing unless there’s a potential risk of her hurting them but she was on the table eating her treat when they scruffed her and started clipping her nails without even TRYING to go gentle first. Not only that, they wrote in her notes that she needs to be pre-medicated before coming in but we were never told this information during the visit and neither in the Visit Summary paper we got. Make it make sense- my cat needs prescription medication before coming in but she can’t come in and get a prescription because she doesn’t have medication. Her vet was Jessika Louissaint. I’ll be taking my cat somewhere else because this was appalling behavior from them. On top of that, there is so much miscommunication between staff. Our vet told us that a poop test is covered under the exam and gave us the little container; when we went to go drop it, they tried charging us $100. We were also scheduled for a blood test which apparently includes the poop exam and that is $140. So why would you try to charge me $100 for the poop test when I’ll be paying the $140? I’m not sure about other vets but our vet was very aggressive with our cat and I’m never bringing or recommending anyone to bring their cat here.
