  Bond Vet Paramus is so clean and inviting. Dr. Bortz is the best Vet ever-kind, informative, and lovely. The office staff is wonderful! My fur baby and I highly recommend this fantastic group!

  First time appointment today, we scheduled at 9:30 but arrived early, staff still took us in. Staff was very welcoming. Dr. Bortz was phenomenal, very knowledgeable. Overall great experience.

  Very satisfied from the time I spoke with the receptionist to the medical Vet staff.All were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Erin is excellent.

  Dr. Bortz is truly amazing!! So kind, patient, and never makes us feel rushed. She takes the time to come into the room, answer all our questions, and make sure we feel informed and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. After experiences at other vets that felt rushed and impersonal, this has been a complete difference. Dr. Bortz builds a real connection with us and our dog Blue, which we really appreciate🩷. The staff is also wonderful—friendly, organized, and great with communication. The assistants/techs are hands-on, confident, and sweet. The office is clean, modern, and very welcoming. Our nervous/vocal boy is always treated with patience, care, and understanding🥹. Additionally, as pricing is very important, you are informed about every part of the billing process so, no surprises, and everything is very reasonably priced. We truly trust Dr. Bortz and her team and feel so lucky to have found them 😇
