  Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. It was so easy communicating with them while trying to make an appointment and that’s important to me, especially because we travel in from NYC. Highly recommend.

  If you are travelling internationally with your pet, please shop around, they charge at least 4x more than other trustworthy places. Unprofessional over the phone for inquires.

  I've had several visits with several of my cats so I think I have a good idea of their level of service. This is, by far, the best vet I have gone to. The fact that they are open 7 days a week is awesome. You can sometimes book same day appointments or just walk in and pay a slightly higher visit fee. It's equivalent to an urgent care for people. I love that you can access all records from the pet portal. This makes it easy for insurance claims. When I go in for an appointment, they always immediately take me and my cat into a room. All the staff is very friendly. All my pets have been seen by Dr. Jimenez. She is thorough and you can tell she cares about your pets. The appointments are never rushed. In terms of pricing, they are transparent and so far, they haven't pushed any unnecessary services. It can be a bit pricey, but nowadays, everything is expensive and prices are going up. Since the service is amazing, I don't mind the cost. Plus it eases my mind knowing that my cats can be seen quickly when they are sick. I've been to other big chain vets before and often times, they have time for all your preventative stuff but when your pet is sick, they can't help you for weeks. You won't have this problem at BondVet. I would 100% recommend this vet.

  We’ve been taking our family dogs here for a few years now & this is our favorite vet we’ve ever gone to! There is never a wait to be put in a room and you are seen right at your appointment time. Every person that works here truly cares about animals & they are very thorough every visit! I recommend them to anyone in the area -cant say enough good things!!!

  This place is really great….they are very friendly and thorough…..it’s just very expensive if you want to find out what’s wrong with your pet….that being said, I was able to walk out with an antibiotic for my Chihuahua and turns out that was all she needed! I’m grateful they were able to get me in so soon and if you have never been there before they do promos where you can have your first visit for free!
