  Finally got back to the Vet I trust more than anyone. I drove a little over an hour for my bearded dragon to be seen by Dr. G. He is literally the best and takes his time so you have a clear picture of what you are dealing with and breaks down the care plan so its not overwhelming but also doesnt sugar coat the situation. This was my first time at this office and the staff were so nice and kept the environment welcoming. So glad that I came here and its definitely worth the drive.

  My new dog, Joey, and I just had our first trip in. It was a beautiful, informative experience, and of course my little boy got the care he needed. Holy excellence/sweetness by Dr. Feddersen and Peter. Thank you both so much. Since Joey is clearing that kennel cough we entered through the back of the building, and I requested to pay over the phone. The front desk showed me great understanding and were also super sweet. Shout out to Ny and Kathleen, and it'll be great to meet everyone soon enough. :)! <3!

  I now realize that this place is all about money and not the customer...needless to say I did not get the dog itch medication approved because they wanted me to come for another 500 dollars visit after I had two previous visits totaling around 600 dollars and I received the less expensive treatment...quite ironic to say. The dog was itching as she may from time to time because she has allergies. Don't you think the doctor should have already given me a prescription for future allergic outbreaks. They not only was the medication i ordered rejected which was cheaper from Petco as i was only purchasing a few pills to be more affordable. I did receive a rude phone call from the receptionist? About the medicine order and I let her know I did not want to spend more money on more visits?? You think they would be a little understanding but no...she huffed off phone and nearly hung up on me...very unprofessional and rude. So, needless to say I won't be back there anytime soon...do better with your customer service it really is everything. Thank you.
