I really appreciated Billie’s way! Karen was also caring to Gus at the desk and kind to me while I waited. They were both extremely helpful!
- EFEllen FridliandJun 23, 20261.0After being a customer for nearly 10 years and entrusting multiple pets to this practice, I was deeply disappointed by the way my sick cat was treated. After scheduling a needed surgery, the procedure was cancelled. When I called to explain that my cat was in significant pain and urgently needed care, the staff refused to reinstate the appointment or offer a meaningful solution. The lack of compassion, professionalism, and concern for an animal in distress was shocking. As a result, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere. Loyalty should count for something, especially after a decade of patronage, but unfortunately that was not my experience. P.S. The receptionist's name was Karen, and she certainly lived up to the stereotype.

She gave my dog the correct meds for his condition, and he's a happy camper now.
