- CCChristina Conklin4 days ago1.0Well it wasn't a good experience 😕. I have auto ship for both my dogs and the one bag which wasn't opened was no good. I brought it in and the people where nice but I had to pay for anothor one which I still havent gotten yet either,then I will get a credit. In my opinion I shouldn't have to pay again when I already paid then wait 2 days to get the money back and then wait for the food to. So im not very happy with this situation at all
- EOEmily O5 days ago1.0Terrible workers. Very uneducated… especially the girls working the night shifts during the week. I go up holding very heavy items without a cart, all 3 of them are just chatting away . The older lady with gray hair just on her phone not looking up… finally I put my stuff down at the register. Ridiculous . They don’t even greet me when I walk in.. call whoever this girl is especially every time I ask for help, she walks the other way and acts as if she doesn’t hear me

I came here on a Friday to get a tank and some other things and I had to return Sunday to return the tank and said things to get a bigger tank well I did not have my receipt the lady that checked me out on Friday used my number and told me I could use that as a receipt if I did not have a physical version and so I tried that and we ended up finding out that the first lady entered the wrong number. But that didn’t stop Christina! She helped us find the purchase history and we were Able to get a Refund!! All well stay positive and calm!!
