  I had an emergency with my pet and I called and spoke to a lovely person named Danielle. My pet was not a patient I was a new client needing same day appointment. They gave me an appointment and the Dr. and staff were excellent. They explained everything and took such good care of my pet. They took the time to speak with me regarding costs and medication. I am so grateful to have found them. Will definitely be switching my pets care over to them.

  I had a wonderful experience at Arlington Dog & Cat Hospital! My son and I brought our 3-year-old Shiranian (Shih Tzu/Pomeranian), and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure we understood everything and treated our fur baby with so much patience and compassion. It’s such a great feeling to know your pet is in good hands, and the team at Arlington Dog & Cat Hospital definitely gave us that peace of mind. We truly appreciate the excellent care and customer service we received. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy animal hospital! 🐾❤️

  On Wednesday, July 29, 2026, I took my 8-year-old Chihuahua, Fefe, here because she had infected ovaries. I was told she needed emergency surgery, which cost $3,700. The staff was professional and very kind, and they advised me that the surgery would help her get better. Based on that hope, I dropped her off at 9:45 AM. I picked her up around 5:30 PM and was told to keep her warm and that she should be fine. Sadly, around 7:00 PM that same evening, my poor Fefe passed away. While I have nothing against the staff personally, I feel I was given false hope. If there was a high risk that she wouldn't survive the aftermath of the surgery, I should have been told so that I could consider other alternatives. Now, I am heartbroken, left with a $3,700 debt, and my beloved pet is gone.
