They open 12 hours a day- easy to make appointments, even on weekends. Very flexible and accommodates as much as they can. Good bed side manner. If you join the membership program you can get 20% off on your bill. Also book on Tue for annual exam, which gives you free fecal test

My fiancè and I had took our cat here for her first ever annual check up and bloodwork as we had recently adopted her and wanted to make sure she was healthy. The service was originally “just okay”. There was a delay in them releasing her results and I had to remind them to send them over & make them viewable on the portal. When they finally looked over the results, they originally messaged me saying everything looked good in her bloodwork, but then shortly after did a 180° and said there was actually a minor issue that they missed when reading original report and in the end our cat had to take antibiotics. This seemed like a minor mistake so it wasn’t a big deal to me that they said “everything was fine”. What did bother me a little was that when I wanted to discuss the results further they said the vet would call me, but it took her some time to do so and I was just worried in the abyss. Now fast forward to present day, about three weeks ago, our cat ended up having a UTI to which we immediately took her to a local emergency VET ER. Now, it seems as if the UTI is back and when I tried calling to make an appointment with Bond Vet- no one answered my call. It was close to end of work hours and we live only a block away so I walked over and told the receptionist the situation (our cat was urgently going to the litter box and not much was coming out / she would strain for minutes at the time.) The receptionist said she could help make an appointment for me for a different time and that it would not be today- and I asked her “Ok, so you do not think this is an urgent matter?”. I asked genuinely because I’m concerned about our cat and if it isn’t so urgent I can relax a bit more. She then took a pause and said she’ll ask the team and disappeared for a little bit to the back only to come back to tell me that I should just take our cat to the ER. There was still 25 minutes until closing and a couple of people were still in the waiting area, waiting. I was extremely disappointed that they prioritized the end of their work day as opposed to helping us with an urgent matter and instead of the convenience of us walking right into this clinic and getting help for our cat, I now have to take a 25 minute uber to a vet ER. I understand that it was close to the end of the work day but I was surprised that I was met with lack of empathy and unwillingness to help. At the very least, the VETs could’ve came out to speak to me.

I took my dog to Bond Vet for a routine vaccination appointment, partly because they were offering a free stool test promotion and partly because a neighbor had recommended the clinic. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was very disappointing. While waiting, I placed the stool sample on the floor beside me, and a staff member commented that I had "dropped something," which felt unnecessarily sarcastic. After the appointment, I waited a long time for my bill and eventually had to ask for it myself. One staff member told me that she thought I was waiting for medication. (At the time, the waiting area was empty except for me, yet no one had checked in to see whether I had been helped.) The staff member then asked whether I was waiting for the bill for another dog whose name sounded very similar to my dog's name. I misheard the name and said yes. She handed me a bill for more than $900, at which point I explained that I had only come in for vaccinations and that the bill could not be correct. When she located my actual bill, she appeared frustrated and complained to the staff member next to her that she had already asked whether I was waiting for the other dog's bill and I said yes. What was most surprising was that the other staff member responded, in front of me, "Sometimes you need to say the name five times so they understand you!" I found this comment extremely disrespectful. Speaking about a client as though they are not present is unprofessional and unacceptable in a customer-facing environment. The vet fee is a little more expensive than others in the neighborhood, which I wouldn't care too much if the service is good. But my interaction with the front desk staff left a very negative impression and would make me hesitate to return.
