Seriously, don’t go There, if you don’t want to be traumatized right at the entrance. But Bond Vet Hoboken is definitely Five
- NANadya AbuzarJul 18, 20261.0Bond vet has terrible customer service. I was there over a month ago to get a check up For a dog. When I want to check out, they charged the wrong card on file. I had called and asked if they could rectify this, which they did, but they never ended up reimbursing my other card. I have spent over a month trying to get a refund of over $600. I called and email the clinic God knows how many times only for every request to go unanswered. I was finally able to speak with their manager who said that it is allegedly a third-party issue, which I’m finding hard to believe because refunds are straightforward it should not be this hard to get my money back. We are also members of Bondvet, which she would think would incentivize them to get this issue resolved faster, but clearly not. The vet staff is nice enough but this whole experience is definitely left it horrible taste in my mouth.
