We all spoke about that in the parking lot after we all left he was with an attitude since he walked in. We noticed his face You look like you did not want to work or assist anyone did not greet anyone also his choices of words of insult because he felt as though he could speak to customers however he felt like it. No one offended him. No one said anything to him. There was all weightage on his part Customers said they have dealt with that before with other people there as well

I had bought 5 harlequin rasboras from this Petco earlier today, 9/12/2026, went home to setup my tank and only after 3 hours of being in the bag, 2 of the 5 rasbora died. I used ChatGPT to confirm if Petco had any return policy and it told me they had a guaranteed refund or replace for freshwater aquatic life up to 30 days from purchase. So I went back to Petco the same day, 9/12/2026, to get the fish replaced, only to be talked down to by the employee. He specifically called me negligent and irresponsible. No clue what the guys name was who defined me the refund, but he was terrible from the jump and had horrible customer service when speaking to me, if that’s what we wanna call it. The guy wore glasses and a Covid mask with medium/short and black/dark hair. I highly DO NOT recommend going to this Petco unless you want diseased fish or their “premium” service.
