  After church I had went to this petco after church. Everything was great staff was very friendly and helpful the only thing that ruined my experience was the manager Collin. Collin was very rude when I asked him for help finding a certain brand of dog food he wa every unhelpful and just pointed at the general direction. Which didn’t help me very much. I asked one of the employees who I’m assuming weren’t even a manager where the dog food was not only did they show me where it was but they also pointed me to similar brands for a cheaper price. I later then went to the register, Collin was there talking to one of the employees but he was talking to them in such a condescending way as if he was better than them. Honestly shame on him for that, I don’t know what the conversation was but it seemed like it was about the employees name tag. I don’t believe that warranted such a condescending attitude. That person then helped me and was so sweet to me. I would most definitely not be coming back to this location as long as Collin is a manager there. I do not feel comfortable putting money in the pockets of a power hungry man. All the other staff were great so as long as Collin isn’t there I would suggest going if he is there STEER CLEAR.

  Avoid a this place at all cost. Rude receptionist and doctor are paid well they are not there for initial check up. If is free you get treated like you begging to be seen. The receptionist saw me come in and totally ignored me and then went to speak to some people. After she finished her 10 minute conversation I asked her to check me in- ofcourse she gets mad 😆 to be asked to do her job. I was late 5 minutes. Then she goes back for another 10 minutes to talk to the doctor and comes back to tell me that the doctor is only paid until 5:15. Now this may be accurate but is this professional. This place

  We had an appointment with my cat and I said we would be a little late, I was sent a message stating that it was okay, so I brought my cat to the clinic and when we arrived, the lady at the front desk was taking care of another patient and she told me to wait, so I waited and a little more time had passed in the meantime. After that, she was not polite at all, she said that she could not accept my cat with a sullen face and that we were too late, but she was the one who made me wait there and I said that we would be late in advance and I came at the time I said. If I'm not going to be accepted you should had reschedule on the phone, and it wasn't a routine check-up, we made this appointment because my cat had been vomiting for days in a row. But we were treated not like a patient, but as a customer, and due to the lack of communication between them, I took my cat on an unnecessary a hour of a journey with her sick state. I was shocked by this unprofessional treatment and left the clinic without saying anything. What a shame for such an institutional and known veterinary clinic! I hope you work with people who are more friendly and can do their job properly and learn how to treat patients! I will never visit this clinic again.

  My dogs biscuits are never in stock. I Ed able to find something else but I don’t like that if I buy online I pay less. It just doesn’t seem right.

  As I always do, I purchased a large amount of cat food. I had no issue with the cashier asking whether all of the wet food was the same type. What I did have an issue with was her follow-up comment that she had to verify because “some customers say it is when it isn’t.” I found that comment extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. I understand that employees may need to verify purchases, but there is a professional and respectful way to do so without making customers feel as though they are being accused of being dishonest. I am not “some customers.” I work hard for my money, and when I spend it at your store, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. The way this was handled left me feeling uncomfortable and offended, and what should have been a routine purchase turned into a horrible experience. Customer service matters. There is a difference between verifying a purchase and making a customer feel as though they are being treated with suspicion. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that employees are reminded to be mindful of how their words come across to customers.
