Extremely unprofessional… The doctor comes into the examination room and I explain the situation. “My cat has been experiencing diarrhea.” She doesn’t even begin the examination or even put hands on my cat at this point and says “we’re going to have to do x-rays and bloodwork.” To my surprise, I innocently say “no, we can’t do that. We’re not paying for any of that.” To which the Vet responds in an annoyed tone (I kid you not) “Then why are you here?” I explain the situation. Cat is actively playful and eating. He just started having this poop issue yesterday. “Maybe you have a pill or something that can help?” The Vet then tells me I’m being rude with my response and she’s says “I am not dealing with this” (while walking out the room) Now, After she walked out the examining room, the vet tech says “This is making me very uncomfortable.…” I then pleaded repeatedly to the vet tech to please have the vet examine my cat. The vet tech then comes back into the examination room and tells me and my wife that she refuses to examine my cat. What did I do wrong?! I need to explain my financial situation to the Vet? Is there no other methods of treatment? SHE DIDNT EVEN TOUCH / EXAMINE MY CAT!?! UNREAL. I extremely upset and my cat still has diarrhea and I’m very worried about him… Worst experience I ever had with any establishment.
