UPDATE: The clinic’s public response below is completely hypocritical and just for show. They publicly asked me to call and speak with the hospital manager to resolve this issue. I called, only to find out that the hospital manager is none other than Nicole Sterni, the exact same manager who was incredibly unhelpful in the first place.
When I spoke to her, she double down on her attitude and told me there was absolutely no one else above her to speak with and that she is fully in charge. When asked about this public response, she claimed she has no idea who manages their Google reviews, stating it is "something corporate" and that she has no one she reports to.
It is insulting that they use a generic customer service response to look good on Google, only to lead you into a dead end with the very person who demonstrated utter incompetence. They hide behind a corporate shield and refuse to take accountability. This proves once again that they only care about their public image, not the well-being of their patients. Avoid this place.
My dog had an abscess in her right anal gland back in December. The vet who treated her did an excellent job, followed the necessary protocol without sedation, and the bill was around $300. This week, she developed the exact same abscess, but on her left gland.
When my mother brought her in, the doctor on duty had clearly not read her medical history and had no idea this had happened before. He told my mother we could either take her home and wait for the abscess to rupture on its own, or perform the procedure at the clinic. Given her history, my mother chose the procedure for her safety. However, the doctor sedated her and charged us nearly $800.
When I went to the clinic to ask why sedation was used for a procedure that previously didn't require it—especially since they offered to send her home, proving it wasn't a critical emergency—the Practice Manager, Nicole Sterni, was incredibly unhelpful. She simply stated she wasn't there, didn't know, and suggested it was probably done "for the doctor's comfort."
It is unacceptable that they do not review medical histories, fail to provide clear information, and nearly triple the price for the exact same issue. When the manager's only solution is to tell you to "go to another clinic," it’s clear they do not care about their patients. I am deeply unhappy with the unnecessary treatment, the price gouging, and the manager's utter incompetence. I highly do not recommend this place; they only care about charging you, not about the well-being of your pets.

we came to this vet in an emergency at 9 am thursday, we needed to have bloodwork done and was told we would get the results the next morning. we called the vet 6 times without anyone even picking up and can’t leave a voicemail, we finally got thru to a rep. and was told the doctor hasn’t had a chance to look and would call us back. we waited until 15 minutes before they closed (5:45) to finally get a call back and tell us our cat needed an abdominal ultrasound immediately. they told us we could come to the office, but would have to wait until Monday to do the ultrasound or we could go to an emergency vet (Somewhere that they referred) And get it done the next morning, which is what she suggested, considering the urgency of our cats condition. We took our cat the next morning at 9 AM to the referred vet to get an emergency ultrasound done and the results were supposed to be sent back to All Creatures right away that way we could go in and figure out a treatment plan. After we called All Creatures, they told us that the doctor wouldn’t be in until Monday so we would just have to “hang tight” As if our cat wasn’t in a life or death situation. We ended up staying at the emergency vet and paying double for them to give us treatment the same day. The lack of urgency or care was like a slap in the face. They knew that our cat was in dire need of treatment and was not willing to find a way for us to have that done, even though they have other doctors working on a Saturday That would’ve been able to see her to help get her treatment. It’s super unfortunate because the first day that we went there we left saying how nice they were and how great this place was and then realized that all they cared about was getting some money and not about our cats health.

From start to finish, this office is a phenomenal opportunity for pets and their humans! Starting wth Dawn at reception, to Christina, then to Dr. Ruiz our Ophelia was treated like a queen. She’s normally “spicy “ and I warned Dawn about it, and she reassured me they’re used to it! We brought “Miss Baby Ma’am” into the exam room and Christina and Dr. Ruiz worked their magic! Doc was able to give “Baby Ma’am” her distemper booster as well as her antibiotic. They are so kind and caring for all their patients and they will see Ophelia again! We were expecting a “used car payment “ bill at the end, and I was in shock it was less than what I expected!
