What is the point of doing a free exam promotion all month and not help mention it to the clients. So I called back not too long after my appointment to see if they can still honor it especially since I paid 125 dollars on medicine and test alone and they wouldn’t honor it. It’s greedy and scam, 125 dollars just for an exam fee on top of medicine, it doesn’t hurt to mention that they have a promotion for new clients.
From start to finish my visit today was truly a delight. I brought in my injured kitten to be examined. The examining doctor and assistant were such a delight and showed such passion and love and care when checking on my kitten Cece. They were so thorough when it came to breaking down the costs of my visit and are so reasonably priced in all they offer. We had issues with the payment terminal at the end but the receptionists were all so nice and patient with me in helping me have everything resolved. They truly won me over and i must say i hope i never have a reason to come back unless its routine check ups but they just gained a new client in me with their love, passion, patience and dedication.
I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic. The entire staff, doctors and nurses alike are truly incredible. They genuinely love my Sphynx kitten Gaara and always treat him with the utmost care, patience, and kindness. It makes such a difference to know he’s in such loving hands every time we visit ❤️
I also really appreciate how transparent they are when it comes to pricing and explaining treatments. There are no surprises, and they take the time to make sure I understand exactly what I’m being charged for, which gives me a lot of peace of mind.
I feel completely comfortable and supported here, and even got my pet insurance through them, which made the whole process so much easier. I used to go to the Bond Vet in Hoboken, but this location is much closer for me, and I’m so glad I made the switch!!
Dr. Jiménez is amazing, Chloe the nurse is wonderful, and honestly the entire team makes you feel like part of the Bond Vet family. Highly recommend! 💘

Today felt like such a lucky day for both me and my little kitten.
I currently have four 3-month-old kittens, their mom, and a 12-year-old senior cat at home. Most of them are doing well, but about a week ago, the smallest kitten started having pretty bad sneezing and a runny nose.
A close friend of mine in New York had recommended Bond Vet before, so I decided to give it a try instead of going back to a local vet I didn’t feel very comfortable with. I’ll admit, I didn’t go in with high expectations—but the experience turned out to be much better than I imagined.
From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming. The front desk staff was kind and efficient, and the nurse who helped us was incredibly gentle and caring with my kitten, which really put me at ease.
Dr. Friedman was just as wonderful. Even though my kitten wouldn’t sit still for a second, she stayed patient and handled everything so calmly and kindly. Instead of being stressed, my kitten was actually running around and playing like a little monkey—I almost felt bad for how hard it must have been to examine her!
What I really appreciated was how clearly everything was explained. Instead of feeling pressured, I felt like my situation was understood, and she walked me through options in a way that felt thoughtful and manageable. I truly appreciated that.
After just a couple doses of medication, my kitten is already breathing better and is back to zooming around the house like a tiny squirrel.
They even provided easy-to-read medication instructions, which made things so much simpler at home. It’s those little details that really stood out to me.
This was my first visit to Bond Vet, but it definitely won’t be my last. I’m really grateful for the care we received.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Dr. Friedman and the team at Bond Vet!
Thank you so, so much again—I truly appreciate everything.
I am beyond disappointed in Bond Vet. While I do believe this is primarily a front desk or management issue, what happened to my pet is inexcusable.
First, scheduling my pet’s vaccines was a mess. The doctor I was originally scheduled with was pulled into emergency surgery and asked me to reschedule. During the call, they gave me two options: either reschedule the entire appointment or have the nurse practitioner administer one of the two vaccines and schedule the second for another time. I chose to administered the one vaccine since I was already on the way there when they told me to reschedule last minute, which turned out to be a mistake—that’s when everything started to fall apart. Apparently, I had to wait three weeks before my pet could receive the other vaccine, and no one told me that. If I hadn’t already been in a time crunch, it might have been manageable. But the fact that they didn’t mention this when presenting the options was unprofessional.
In the end, I had to find my own solution. They were “generous” enough to offer a credit toward my next exam, so I decided to move on.
However, the most egregious issue occurred during my dog’s neutering surgery. The procedure itself went fine—there were no complications, and my dog is healthy. They also mentioned that nail trimming was offered as a courtesy, which I accepted. In hindsight, I regret that decision.
When I brought my dog home and checked his nails, I was shocked. Most of them were cut so short that I could see the pink nerve-endings. Some were even darkened from bleeding, which made me fear that serious damage had been done. I texted the number that had been communicating with me throughout the surgery, but they’ve since gone silent.
I even sent photos, but received no response. At this point, I’m extremely upset. This level of care is unacceptable. I can’t understand how his nails were cut this short—especially while he was under general anesthesia. While I may still trust the doctor, I no longer trust the rest of the staff. I don’t want to call them incompetent, but I am genuinely shocked and disappointed. I won’t be giving Bond Vet another chance.
