  We’ve had nothing but great experiences at Bond Vet Edgewater. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Customer service is consistently excellent, and everyone makes both pets and their owners feel welcome. A special thank you to Dr. Friedemann for always being thorough and patient, and especially to Jo, whose kindness and attentiveness never go unnoticed. We’re so grateful to have found a veterinary team we trust and highly recommend Bond Vet to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets.

  I was there, and everyone is super friendly and professional . One of the staff members, Jo, was very professional; she even showed me the area where they perform the various procedures based on what your pet needs. I definitely recommend this place and would undoubtedly return.

  Extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy here. I found an injured bird on the street and brought it in hoping for urgent care assistance, fully intending to pay for the services myself. They turned me away completely and refused to offer any help or guidance just because they only treat dogs and cats. They were completely unhelpful during a stressful situation.

  I have mixed feelings about Bond Vet Edgewater. The clinic is clean and convenient, but it is very expensive, and the experience depends heavily on which veterinarian you see. My main concern is with vaccination records and recommendations. I brought complete records from my previous vet showing that my cat should have been eligible for three-year vaccines, but she was given one-year vaccines instead. There was also a discrepancy between the online medical record and the invoice, which made it unclear whether one vaccine was actually administered. For the price they charge, I expected more careful review and clearer record keeping. Prednisolone was also significantly marked up compared with other pharmacies (at least 5 times higher), which added to my concerns about the overall cost of care. I also had mixed experiences with my asthmatic cat. One veterinarian seemed dismissive of my concerns and was very conservative with medication, even though I had been carefully tracking my cat’s symptoms. However, another veterinarian I saw later was excellent: attentive, kind, energetic, and genuinely caring. Overall, Bond Vet has some great doctors, but the care is inconsistent, the prices are very high, and the record-keeping issues made me lose confidence.
