  My whole experience with Dr Sydney was great,she was so compassionate, informative and let us know in detail on our beloved cats dire condition , a very hard choice was made, but she made us comfortable with it, no guilt, just compassion, I will be making bond vet my permanent vet

  I had a wonderful experience for my first time at a BondVet. I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the fact that the first exam is free for new clients. A special shoutout to Will, who was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and showed genuine compassion toward my cat, making the visit feel comfortable and personal. Even my cat seemed to like him, which says a lot! Overall, a great first experience with BondVet and I look forward to coming back.

  We always feel so welcomed every time we visit. I especially appreciate how the staff remembers our dog and genuinely looks out for her. At first, I was a little nervous about seeing a different doctor at different visits, but I’ve actually come to see it as a positive — it’s almost like getting a second or even third opinion. Everything is well documented in her records, so no matter who we see, they’re able to follow up and stay on top of her care. I also really appreciate being able to track changes in her bloodwork over time, especially since she gets blood tests fairly regularly. It gives me a much clearer picture of how she’s doing compared with some other clinics we’ve been to. Prescription requests and follow-ups are always handled quickly and smoothly, which makes everything so much easier and gives me a lot of peace of mind. Shout out to Jo — thank you for always being so helpful! As for pricing, I think it’s pretty comparable or a bit pricier to other veterinary clinics in the area. If anything, I find the overall experience more convenient because I can easily book appointments online and access and manage her records digitally. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and really appreciate how easy and reassuring they make it to manage our dog’s ongoing care. Oh just few things - Unlike they have on their window decal: They are NOT open 7 days a week. No late night. And business hour on google is wrong! And their auto answering bot Penny is true pain especially when you need urgent care.

  I don’t leave reviews at all but honestly I had to leave my thoughts cause this place was great. As a beginner owner of a dog this vet really explained things throughly and was very nice. The free treats were also very nice of them. Fast, efficient, really amazing service!
