Horrible customer care and be careful when they draw your blood, they pulled on the leg too hard and pressed rough to the point that he couldn’t step on it. I could go on, but I’ll just say avoid this place.

Animal General got us in right away and the entire visit took 30 minutes. The price was what I expected it to be which was reasonable. Dr. DiGiuseppi was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to examine my dog carefully, ran bloodwork, and prescribed steroids to help her start feeling better immediately. I really appreciated how efficient, thorough, honest, and genuinely caring he was throughout the visit - it meant the world to me during this vulnerable time. Dr. DiGiuseppi followed up promptly the next morning to share Lucky’s bloodwork results. Highly recommend him!
