  Really impressed with the Petco in Eatontown. The store is always clean, organized, and well stocked, and everything looks like it’s being taken care of the right way. A special shout-out to Alex and the manager, Jess. They’re both friendly, helpful, and clearly take pride in the store. I’m especially impressed with the saltwater section. They have a great selection of saltwater fish, and the tanks and livestock look well maintained. It’s nice walking into a pet store where everything is organized and you can tell the employees actually care. Great job to Alex, Jess, and the whole Eatontown team!

  I came in for cat food and happened to overhear a conversation about pet lobsters. Intrigued, I walked right in for a full on blatant eavesdropping. The store manager Jessica was talking to a teacher about whether the lobster (crawfish) would be a good classroom pet. I learned so much about fish. If pet fish or aquarium pets are your thing, go see Jessica. It was so delightful to hear someone speaking with such knowledge and genuine care. She also helped me find my food prior to that. Great location. Thank you fir teaching me something new!

  For the third time, I’ve bought fish with ich; now I’m struggling to mitigate the damage in my aquarium. I do not recommend this store for purchasing saltwater fish—the fish are sick and of unknown origin. The attached photos show the condition of the fish I've had for years.

  My first time using PETCO’s grooming service was great. I called to see if there was availability to trim/drummer my two dog’s nails. Wow I was able to get a same day appointment. They helped me with the app for future appointments, so helpful. Danielle and Kiara did a terrific job with their nails. So quick, friendly as well as a pleasant experience! We will definitely be back for the nail upkeep. Thank you!!!
