  We came in to get our dog vaccinated and were treated like an inconvenience from the moment we arrived. Everyone we interacted with seemed annoyed that we were there. We were sent to the back, where an employee stood about two feet away and refused to acknowledge us while we waited with two dogs. When we finally asked where we were supposed to go for vaccines, she responded with an eye roll. At that point, we walked out. If the staff cannot manage basic courtesy or communication, I am not trusting them with my dog’s care. The entire experience was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

  Staff is always 5/5 no matter who is on duty. Friendly folks, clean store, some great deals in clearance and snacks, at times cheaper than amazon and you can get it right at the store!! Amazing pet wash/dog wash station. Always very easy to get in there with no wait (at least since I do it off peak hours on week days). This is my go-to spot to wash my dog - only costs $20 and they let you use it for as long as you need. All the materials work great although I usually bring my own shampoo/conditioner or will buy some on clearance there. They provide the brushes, towels, and aprons. All you gotta do is use the materials there. It truly is a well run, wonderful store and location. I love coming here and I always come here to wash my dog every time. She doesn't love it but I do!
