  0 stars if I could. I had an extremely upsetting experience at this Petco with my 4-year-old son. While we were shopping, he urgently needed to use the bathroom. I explained to the employees that he was only 4 years old and was about to have an accident. I even told them directly that he was going to pee on the floor if he couldn't use the restroom. I was told that he could not use the bathroom and was essentially told that it was fine if he had an accident on the floor. The manager then told me that I needed to take my 4-year-old across the parking lot to the diner to use their bathroom. I understand that businesses have policies, but I find this response incredibly disappointing and lacking basic compassion. This wasn't a matter of convenience—my young child was having an immediate bathroom emergency. Expecting me to walk him across a parking lot when I had already explained that he was about to have an accident was completely unreasonable. What bothered me most was that I clearly explained the situation, and instead of anyone trying to help, the response was essentially, “Sorry, you can't use our bathroom.” As a parent, I was shocked by the lack of understanding. I hope Petco management looks into how situations involving young children are handled. There should be some level of compassion and common sense when a 4-year-old is about to have an accident.

  Great stuff for animals. Usually get car food and litter and other things for my cat. Usually find things here that PetSmart does not have.

  I do not recommend this Petco at all. They never answer the phone I tried calling several time in the past week at different times of the day the line just rings & rings. I tried to use the pet wash station for a few minutes to clean my dog after 8 PM the store manager refused to help me out citing store policy even though I had an emergency and was begging and crying in the store. He offered no help & no alternatives just completely heartless. I just needed to clean my dog up just a bit & I only asked for 10 mins & he just threw his hands up repeating the same thing he didn’t even point me in the direction to purchase some items to get him cleaned up instead of the pet wash station. Horrible staff.

  The staff are wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly they love all kinds of pets.
