  A smaller store than I would have expected. Nevertheless, they were very well stocked and we easily found everything we were looking for. The front registers were undermanned when we first got in line, but they did bring another cashier over eventually. And the pet adoption was going on while we were there, which is always nice - you get to see the cute dogs and cats. All in all, a good shopping experience. Will go back.

  I had an excellent experience at Petco Clifton thanks to Jess. From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to help me. Jess was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. She took the time to explain proper fish care, water quality management, tank maintenance, and stocking recommendations. Jess made my visit enjoyable, educational, and stress-free. Petco is fortunate to have an employee who is so dedicated, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend seeking out Jess if you need help with fish, aquariums, or any aquatic questions. Thank you, Jess, for the exceptional service! I'll definitely be returning for future aquarium needs.

  Terrible staff for vaccines. I had the last appointment and gave them a call to confirm and when I got there the staff was leaving and being extremely rude towards my mom and I. Very lazy employees please consider your pets and choose another place than this terrible place. They have no communication among each other and departments. They are a mess.

  I absolutely do not recommend this Petco. My cat was sick, so I made an appointment. I didn’t see the confirmation message the day before, but when I saw the reminder the next morning asking me to confirm, I confirmed it immediately. I confirmed around 11 AM, and my appointment was close to 4 PM. Without informing me at all, they canceled my appointment and gave the spot to someone else. I genuinely want to know what the point was of canceling my appointment so early in the morning without even notifying me. I rushed over with my sick cat, only to be told they could not help us and that I had to go to an emergency clinic instead. The emergency clinic was another 30 minutes away, and my cat was already extremely stressed from the trip. I had no other choice. If my cat wasn’t sick or uncomfortable, why would I even need the appointment in the first place? If they had informed me ahead of time, I would not have brought my cat all the way to this place just to suffer through the trip for nothing. People who can look at a sick and distressed animal with a careless attitude should not be working in pet care services. And if missing a phone call at 8 AM automatically means your appointment gets canceled, then I truly have nothing else to say. ^ ^
