- MMmariahAug 3, 20261.0Vet tech was kind, but the vet himself was really weird. He was only in for a minute and didn’t listen to my concern nor even know the breed of my dog. He asked if it was a girl or a boy, and when I said girl he said “are you sure” and then later when picked up he’s like oh yeah it’s a girl. Which would’ve been less creepy if it stopped there - but then he picked up her genitals by pulling on the hair MULTIPLE times telling me to make sure to clean her (which we do, everytime she goes actually!) but why pull on her genitals multiple times to the point of her squealing and the vet tech having to put her down? Creepy as hell and never going back. extremely unnecessary to touch a puppy like that and pull on their genitals multiple times in tandem with his weird comments “are you sure?” like yes I’m sure and you shouldn’t be a vet if you’re gonna be weird.

- MMmafevargasqJul 20, 20261.0This clinic is dishonest. I am perplexed how they can be so irresponsible with the wellbeing of a dog. I took my dog for a Lyme vaccine 5 month ago. Since then I have been asking for the vaccine certificate, today a lady explain to me that they only had applied a 4 week vaccine despite me paying for a 1 year vaccine. I have called customer service and try to escalate, they do not have an email where I can write. So I told the story.. let’s see how long do they take to do the right thing

They were so kind, courteous, understanding, listened and for surgical procedures and dentals much cheaper then my vet. Unfortunately Penny needs another mass removal and dental. Wish they had one closer to me, these ppl are fantastic and caring to not just you but your pet.
