  My Nina is so important to me and she was so well taken care of here! Vets were quick, caring and considerate.

  Dr Mohamed and his staff are absolutely fantastic! We took our two dogs there and they treated them beautifully! They are knowledgeable and so caring! I absolutely recommend them highly🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Doctor that took a look at my cat was from another site so getting in touch for a follow up was impossible. When I tried speaking with the resident doctor I was told to call after lunch at 2pm then call at that hour and he is still on lunch and gave a generic response of stop the medication. My cat has been with diarrhea for 3 days because of a medication they prescribed but gave me no notice of symptoms or what to do if those symptoms occur. In attempt to remedy it I tried calling to speak with a doctor but only to get to speak with the receptionist who was nice but only relayed a generic response from the doctor. They kept pushing for me to bring my cat back even though I told them my insurance has not started yet and cant afford a recheck at this time especially considering my baby is in this mess cause of the drug they prescribed. Also I looked up the medication they prescribed it was offered on chewy for 50% less. When did care for our pets become second to profit? One would think a place that is meant to help our fur babies would at least prompt a phone conversation with the doctor to discuss what happened and alternative course but to simply say stop the medication 5 days in is wild. Im a USMC veteran and my baby is beyond important to me and just because I am struggling financally as many Americans right now should not define the quality of care my Sesame deserves. Would not return or recommend.

  Truth be told, I was going to give Petco a 3 star review. The reason being is because originally my first appointment was canceled and no one reached out to reschedule. I have a hectic work schedule and if I make an appt. I need for establishments to keep their scheduled appts. I, also did NOT get a summary of my visit or paperwork that stated which vaccines our furbaby was given. I called after my appt and asked if a summary and info about our visit could be emailed or sent to us. HOWEVER, I gave them a 4 star review because the technician and the Vet were amazing! They took their time and explained everything. They were so kind to our baby AND that made a difference to us! We are still waiting for the summary of the visit.
