  I called in advanced while driving an hour away and spoke to this guy that said it was ok . I told him I would be 12 min late from call . Got there on time, waiting for over 10 min at the register and this same guy comes out late himself ,saying that I am late and they can only take one dog . I think it’s lack of professionalism if I specifically asked while already driving from far . The store only had one dog being groomed . It’s when you can tell they just don’t care . Plus I had a baby on my hand . Their word means nothing. I mean how stupid can you be if I told you I’m driving from far with 2 dogs plus I have a baby that I would just leave one dog only , on top of that the sarcasm on the question . Next time you should just say on the phone let’s reschedule and call it a day .

  I love this store and the people who work here, especially Fio, Violet and Venus and more. I have been going here for years and they never disappoint. They have been so kind and patient while I've been dealing with aging cats and their needs. Thanks again.

  I had an 8:15 AM appointment for shampoo and haircut for my mini poodle. I waited 15 minutes before anyone helped me, and then to my surprise I was told they would not cut his hair because he is a puppy. When I booked the appointment online, that restriction was not mentioned anywhere. I also explained that this was already his second grooming appointment. The employee was not friendly or helpful at all. To make things worse, there was another 5-month-old puppy there at the same time getting a haircut. I know this because I spoke with the owner while I was waiting. So what does that mean—they pick and choose who gets good service? As if customers are not paying for these services. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

  Due to dissatisfaction with the Petco representative I spoke to on 4/23/26 regarding a discrepancy on my point total and what your system said vs my store receipt I closed my account and you will never hear from me again . Please check my account and see who I spoke with around 5:30pm/6pm Eastern Standard Time and she didn’t care I asked her to close my account which is very poor customer service ! ! ! You should model your reward program after PetSmart and Pet Supplies Plus !
