  I went back to the store because the nightcrawlers that I purchased on September 16, were dead inside the container and they told me they would honor it and give me my money back. But when I went back in to the store, they had a new shipment so the woman at the register was very helpful and she opened up the box to show me that all the nightcrawlers were alive in & moving so all I did was get a new box and exchange instead of getting my refund back. I was very satisfied. I guess that’s what I have to do the next time I buy them is bring them to register so they can open the container so that it doesn’t happen again thank you.

  I’m sure people don’t really care about reviews for pet stores but my dog has been going to their hospital for a couple of years. Just for ear infections. I brought him to every appointment. Like any dog, scared hearing others crying. Maybe growled once at the vet because he didn’t know who he was. Made an appointment to get vaccination, was told they could not treat my dog because the doctor wrote how aggressive my dog was and tried snipping and biting LOL. As we stood in like behind other people and animals for like 15 mins. He sat quiet nor did any of that happen at any of his prior appts. Honestly, maybe it was a mix up with another or maybe the Doctor was scared of how big my dog was annd only wants to see chihuahua’s and cats lol. I took my dog to petsmart, and what petco wrote in their notes, my dog did none of 🤷🏻‍♀️ so clearly the problem is the vet. My dog doesn’t snip or try to bite. Soo bye
