  Bought a box of worms for fishing and headed to our fishing spot. Unboxed to find each worm had turned to goo. Basically disintegrated, not usable

  We often go to Petco for pet food for our 2 cats. We found a decent variety of canned food that our cats like. Check out was quick and the sales associate was pleasant.

  I had to make an exchange, there was an issue with the return but the manager was super helpful and made it easy. Everyone is always nice and helpful. I just wish they had more of a food variety for cats.

  I’ve been coming to this Petco since 2016, when my dog was a puppy. It used to be well stocked, but now it seems like something is always out of stock. The Hill’s Sensitive Stomach & Skin Salmon & Vegetables wet dog food is almost never available. Employees have told me it’s a popular item that sells out quickly, so the store should place larger orders to keep it in stock. The same goes for dog clothes, harnesses, vitamins, and calming tablets. Many times there’s only one item left or nothing at all. I’ve come back week after week hoping they’d restock, but it’s always the same: “We’re out of stock.” At this point, I have to drive to PetSmart or order from Chewy just to get what I need. It’s disappointing because this used to be my go-to Petco.
