  I booked a nail trimming for my 5 pound Chihuahua on 8/5/26. Upon arrival after seeing grooming staff was not busy I added on a bath service. My dog was bathed but her nails were not trimmed. After discussing this with grooming staff they said my dog was Feisty and they refused to cut her nails yet they charged me for the services. After asking for a refund they directed me to a manager who ultimately gave me a refund for the nail trimming. I asked for a grooming manager call back to see if my dog could come back for future nail trimmings since grooming staff refused service. After waiting a week for a call back I called in to speak with the manager and got the assist manager instead. She told me that the grooming manager and grooming staff that I booked with was not there for me to speak with. After a brief discussion she became nasty and told me that this was her day off and she just came in at 130 and was frustrated. I told her that she was being unprofessional and should not take it out on a customer and if she didn't like her job she shouldn't have it. I have been met with nothing but unprofessionalism from the entire staff at this location. From grooming to front store staff. They do not know how to conduct themselves when dealing with a customer concern. I was told that if I did like it I should go elsewhere for service which ultimately I will be doing. Thank goodness my dog wasn't a 60 pound pit bull. If they can't handle a 5 pound Chihuahua they shouldn't be in the business of grooming and should undergo training when dealing with customer complaints/concerns

  Very fun shopping for my dogs but they are very expensive! Go to Amazon.

  Quisiera saber si puedo llevar tres gatitas pequeñas están viviendo en la calle yo no puedo quedarme con ellas por que no tengo tiempo ni espacio en mi departamento y me da mucha tristeza verlas asi.
