However, when I got there, they told me five. I’m never usually late however the traffic was just terrible to get into Cherry Hill. I tried my best to be as quick as I possibly could and I got there exactly at 12:13 however, the lady in the front was not very nice. She was like nope you can’t be seen and basically told me nothing can be done. I definitely hope others have a better experience again. I definitely don’t ever like to be late to appointments is definitely on me. However, my email says a 15 minute grace period but they’re saying a different thing. Maybe they need to communicate that better on an email and their policies as well.
