- BTB TApr 8, 20261.0Sarah would not groom my anxious dog because she was “umcomfortable” meanwhile my dog was anxious because he was being closed in on from both sides by other dogs. I asked to go into the enclosed area so he would be more relaxed and I also asked for another groomer to come out and she refused both stating again that she was uncomfortable and that they overbooked the number of dogs being groomed which was not my problem. I put in the pre-appointment form that my dog is anxious so they should have been prepared for that and had a groomer ready who knows how to handle dogs since most dogs are anxious. Sarah clearly shouldn’t be working with dogs. Period. Got my dog in same day with another Petco we’ve been to before and no issues. They know how to deal with anxious dogs.
