- IIIrene5 days ago1.0Had a very poor experience at this Vetco location. During my visit, a disrespectful employee, Robert Lucas, handled my dog without my permission and fraudulently claimed to be a veterinarian, which I found completely unacceptable. Overall, the service and professionalism did not meet expectations. The grooming service was also disappointing, as my dog sustained a nail bed injury that caused her to limp and required additional care. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

We had Colleen this time, and she was wonderful! I’d recommend Petco of Cherry hill to anyone looking for a well stocked store, GREAT grooming services, and veterinary care!

Like we are really sorry the groomer cut her leg with the clippers. I’m so pissed off. And then said no charge , I wasn’t paying for shit anyway. My poor lil Yorkie . Don’t use this Pet Smart. Don’t use Jaisha P First time at this one and my last
