they are not great at scheduling. every "appointment" i have i wait 30 minutes to even see the vet for a simple thing like a booster shot that I was told would only take a few minutes.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience after being a customer here for years. I was charged twice for the exact same visit, approximately $480 each time. I was not disputing the legitimate cost of my dog’s care or asking for both charges to be refunded. I was simply asking for one of the two duplicate charges to be returned. I provided evidence showing that I had been charged twice and then spent more than two weeks, approaching three weeks, calling almost every single day trying to get my money back. The front desk receptionist even tried to get the manager to “call me,” and I was repeatedly left expecting that callback. No manager ever called me. There was no meaningful follow-up, no email confirming that the refund was being processed, and ultimately no refund from the office at all. Despite providing the documentation and repeatedly following up, they never returned the duplicate $480 charge. I ultimately had to file a dispute through my credit card company to recover money that should never have been charged twice in the first place. For context, my dog is insured, so I am completely accustomed to paying veterinary expenses out of pocket first and then submitting them for reimbursement. The issue was never paying for her care. The issue was being charged twice for one visit and then having to chase the office almost daily for nearly three weeks just to get one of those charges returned. What makes the entire situation even more upsetting is that my dog was also hurt while she was being vaccinated. After trusting this practice with her care for years, the combination of what happened to her and the way this billing issue was handled has completely destroyed my confidence in this office. I genuinely do not understand how this is considered acceptable customer service. A longtime customer should not have to provide proof of a duplicate charge, call almost every day for weeks, wait for a manager who never calls, and ultimately involve their credit card company just to recover a duplicate $480 charge. After years of bringing my dog here, I am incredibly disappointed and would no longer feel comfortable trusting this practice with her care. Service is not any good.

Came in with my two cats for a rabies shot that was overdue after finding a bat in the home. One cat is a very timid cat and they were warned he doesn't like to be handled several times before they took him back into the vet area (atleast 4 times the size of the exam room your left in). 5 minutes later they come back to grab me after letting him loose in the vet area, took 1 minute for me to capture the cat and held him so they could give him his rabies shot. I continued to hold him without struggle from him as they had to full rescrew his carry as it was dismantled. We are sent back into our small exam room with the other cat and left for over 1 hr. (Writing in room) we are currently waiting to hear if my cat has to be left here for a 10 day hold as a tech was bitten. There are several ways to handle cats in this situation and they failed him. They had empty holding cages in the vet backroom that he could have safely released in and examined/given shot using a shield. Our appointment started at 815 and these poor cats are still sitting in carrier they haven't offered water or a liter box while we sit and wait. They state everyone here is vaccinated. We are still early enough (bat was Sunday, vet on tuesday) in the bat exposure that if he did have rabies, it wouldn't be viral shedding. Shift lead came in and asked if we have been helped yet, she wasn't aware of the situation at hand. After we talked thru what happened she said they have a cat room ? And stated they should've offered to do care in the room with owner to ease the cat. She quickly helped us get our medications and finally got us out at 1034. On arrival home he had blood on his paw and was missing a claw. Slightly traumatized from the whole ordeal and won't be returning for care or to shop at petsmart.

Always friendly, and very understanding. I'm a nervous person, they handle that very well. I have the wellness plan, I find it to be helpful along the way. With office visits, and teeth cleanings, and the occasional sick visit, for my dog. I've been to 3 different Banfield locations. Including :Seminole, FL.; turnersville NJ and, Cherry Hill NJ. I would recommend trying Banfield with the Wellness plan. It really takes the stress, out of keeping your pet healthy.

Chizuru, our newly rescued kitten was so comfortable there, she didn’t even know she was getting poked . She just enjoyed a churu treat while she was administered a shot and had blood drawn. They are so sweet there ! It’s comforting going to a vet that truly loves animals ! The nurse couldn’t get over how good she was and how incredibly soft she is ! This was the warmest welcome to being a fur mom again! They were very informative with care and also wellness plans that help with a lot of services. I truly think the wellness plans they offer are super reasonable and saves you some money while ensuring your fur baby is healthy and happy! Thank you Perla and Krishnan, Vani, DMV for wonderful care!
