DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PET WAITING IN A CRATE FOR HOURS!!! This is my 5th time visiting this location and every time I come it’s always FULLY packed with dozens of animals and understaffed!
I brought my 7 month old puppy in for vaccines and told them he wasn’t eating and had loose stool so the doctor recommended bloodwork that I had to pay an extra $400 for. Every time I come to this location I always have to pay 200-400$ but I’ve never experienced this anywhere else. My puppy was crated for almost FOUR HOURS because the doctor was scheduled with back to back surgeries. Like ok then why schedule so many animals at the same time?? You can literally hear all the animals crying and screaming because they are being crated for hours. That’s literally abuse. My dog came out crying and shaking from the anxiety from being crated for so long. Just to end up not being seen at all or vaccinated- FOUR HOURS LATER. This could’ve been discussed when I dropped him off or even while I waited. This place is extremely understaffed and the front desk needs a lot more help. Do not bring your pet here unless you want them to suffer in a crate for hours. The Garfield location is much better and you get to speak to the doctor personally AND watch your dog get examined.

I’d like to note the staff I interacted with were all very nice and my bad experience is not a reflection of them personally but this sites mismanagement as a whole …
I had an appointment for 3:30 on 5/30/26 for behavior management/ check up, I did not leave until 2 1/2 hours later. When I asked for a time estimate I could not get a proper answer and the employees working in the front seemed just as unsure of how long it would take. Multiple staff reiterated to costumers that they were backed up and had way too many animals to look at. It was apparent as the very nice girls working at the front desk seemed stressed and kept running back and forth, answering calls, and dealing with a bunch of costumers in the wait room.
I’ve never made a vet appointment (emphasis on appointment, not walk in) and had to wait so long. I would have left and just gone home however upon arrival they took my cat to the back immediately. So it was quite surprising when I was there for so long and even after an hour and a half was updated that they still weren’t able to look at her yet.
Anyways they definitely need a better system there and to refrain from overbooking or hire more staff and vets.
Oh also, I requested and was charged for a pedicure. When I got home , her claws were not clipped. Hopefully I can get refunded $30 for that at least. Will be sure to keep this review active with an update on that.

Very disappointing experience. The customer service at this veterinary office is terrible. I repeatedly make appointments for a specific time, yet every single visit turns into the same situation: after they bring you into a room, you still end up waiting close to an hour. And every time the response is the same: “If you don’t want to wait, I understand, you can reschedule the appointment.” After me driving 40 min to get here” That is not a solution and shows very little respect for clients’ time.
They don’t seem to care how long you’ve already been waiting. Another thing that really bothers me is that they often want to take dogs to the back and leave them waiting in crates instead of allowing owners to stay involved. As a pet owner, that makes me uncomfortable.
In my experience, they have not been professional, organized, or respectful of customers’ time. I highly recommend being very involved in your pet’s care and staying on top of everything with the doctors. I personally would not feel comfortable leaving my dog there unattended.
Ps/ I attached a photo, me waiting for one hour already.
