I would not feel comfortable trusting this facility with my pets again. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely difficult and upsetting. The doctor I spoke with during the morning shift came across as very cold and dismissive. When I approached him and offered to shake his hand, he wouldn’t even provide his name. From the beginning, I had an uneasy feeling about the overall atmosphere and how my concerns were being handled. My biggest concern is how my cat’s situation was handled. She was ultimately euthanized, and I left feeling like every possible option had not been explored. The staff strongly encouraged euthanasia and repeatedly told me that no amount of money could save her. As a pet owner, that was incredibly difficult to hear, especially when I felt there may have been other options worth discussing. I understand that veterinarians sometimes have to make difficult recommendations when an animal is suffering, and I respect that euthanasia can be the most compassionate choice in certain situations. However, I wish I had been given more information, more options, and more reassurance that everything possible had been considered before making such a permanent decision. Losing my cat has been heartbreaking, and I will always question whether more could have been done. Based on my experience, I personally would not return to this facility or recommend it to other pet owners.

I booked an in room visit and ended up not being able to enter the room due to “the amount of pets that are being seen” they took my dog back and then started trying to sell me packages for the year which are ridiculously expensive. Not only did the front desk try to sell them but so did the technician who came out to tell me my dog “was fine” I didn’t even get to speak about my concerns with an actual vet. I spent $185 for a visit and a rabies shot.. the receipt has no breakdown of the services rendered. Not to mention there was 1 front desk person with a room full of people trying to check in and out AND people calling on the phone. I will not be returning here..

I called earlier in the day to confirm my appointment for 5:30 PM. I was told to come in a little earlier. I left work at 3:30. I got home brought my cat to the office at 4:30 PM. The girl at the front told me to have a seat and she will check me in later. Exactly 1 hour later she checks me in so there was no point for me to come in earlier if I was going to be checked in at 5:30 PM at the end of the day. There was no real issue. I just wish they just communicated a little better. I just sat there. I understand I made my appointment before closing and everyone is trying to go home, but I came in an hour early to help make the process a little easier for them and for me and my pet. I did feel a little rushed seeing the doctor and felt like me and my pet wasn’t heard with our concerns. I did want the service but since it felt rushed, I just wanted to really get out and have someone else help us. I would have really liked to make an earlier appointment but I work in an urgent care for 12 hours a day so my schedule is a little difficult.

The last few times I've gone here with my pet, it's been a two hour wait despite making an appointment. Multiple people came in AFTER me and still left BEFORE me. What's the point of even making an appointment if everyone & their mother is going to go before me? It takes at least ten/fifteen minutes to check in & out at the front desk. When I asked why I wasn't being seen in a timely manner (it bothers me that my anxious dog is brought to the back & crated for that entire time) the front desk just said "Make your appointment at a different time." No apology, nothing. My dog is always there for a routine visit, it shouldn't take two hours for a shot.

If you want your pet to be alive, don’t go there! This place is all about money, not pets. And I’m not talking only about this location -I had the same experience at their Secaucus location. I lost my cat because their vets could not find what was wrong with him. For a whole year, I kept telling them that he was vomiting every month, sometimes even twice a month, and that something was wrong with his stomach. Instead of checking his stomach, they focused on his heart and told me he had hyperthyroidism. Three different vets saw him, and they kept telling me that he was healthy and that I just needed to give him medication. Yesterday, my cat died. And I found out that he had a serious problem in his stomach, something was stuck there for a long time -something that nobody at this clinic even thought to properly check. I trusted them. I listened to their doctors. And now my cat is gone. What happened yesterday at the reception was also horrible. I came to cancel my next appointment and my plan because my cat had died. When the receptionist asked why, I started crying and told her. Two other employees were sitting there talking and laughing like nothing had happened. No compassion. No sympathy. Nothing. I hope this business goes out of business! People who don’t care about animals should not be running a veterinary business and incompetent veterinary staff should not be allowed to work in this industry. My cat deserved better! And I hate all of you.
