If you know your prices, know what you need, this is a great spot to find pet related products.

Petco is where I go if I've looked everywhere else around here for something, and I cannot find it, and I don't want it shipped to me, and I am willing to pay more than everywhere else for it,and I have nothing to do that day but look through dead cups of various feeders and mislabeled bettas, and walk through the product layout in the store that I just cannot learn lol. That last one is probably a "me" issue. Their betta prices seem to be opposite of the going rates everywhere else ...if they are labeled correctly. The clearance stuff is also worth looking through sometimes. So its possible to occasionally find a diamond in the rough between clearance racks and Bettas. I can't depend on them for feeder insects. I can sort of depend on finding someone in the store to get me what I need from a tank or locked enclosure before I give up and leave. Seems like all of the 2 employees that are there at a time are in a bad mood or pushy to get stuff done or they are disassociating to their "happy place". It's not the worst I've been to, but definitely not the best either. You should definitely check out the cats and kittens for adoption through the current rescue if you do go.

We visit this location often and years ago we were recommended a few different varieties of fish to put in with our aquatic turtle. We buy the same fish every couple months or so to put into our tank and never have an issue. Today I was refused the fish I wanted because they're not feeder fish and this particular lady was appalled that I even wanted to put them with my turtle. BUT a few years ago we were educated by another employee, at the same location, on all of the fish we COULD include in our tank, including the fish I tried to buy today. This lady today said it was policy that she couldn't sell me the fish, which is actually crazy since they were the location that originally sold them to us...FOR YEARS. Very confused and annoyed. Won't be back to this store anymore.
