We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone we encountered was kind, welcoming, and professional. From the lovely woman at the front desk—I believe her name was Amanda (and I apologize if I’m mistaken!)—to the gentleman who handled our intake information, everyone made us and our two fur babies feel comfortable and cared for.
The bedside manner was truly amazing. They took the time to listen, ask questions, and genuinely understand what brought us in rather than making us feel rushed. You could tell that they truly care about their patients and the families who love them.
We left feeling heard, reassured, and confident that our fur babies were in great hands.
Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive experience. We truly appreciate the compassion, patience, and excellent care you provided. Highly recommend!

I find it absolutely deplorable and deeply disappointing that a patient requiring euthanasia was referred elsewhere on the basis that your office “did not have enough time” to accommodate the appointment, despite your posted business hours indicating that you are open until 5:00 PM. The hospital attempting to contact your office at approximately 4:20 PM, only to find that your office was already closed.
This is not simply an inconvenience or a routine appointment being pushed to another day. This involved an owner who was already facing the incredibly difficult and emotional decision to say goodbye to their pet. Having that patient referred to another hospital because your office chose to close before its advertised hours created an unnecessary and distressing additional burden for both the patient and the owner.
As a veterinary hospital, if you publicly advertise hours of operation, clients and referring hospitals reasonably expect those hours to be honored. If your office is routinely unavailable before 5:00 PM, then your posted hours should accurately reflect when you are actually willing and able to provide care.
The owner should not have been forced to to go to another hospital during an already heartbreaking situation simply because your office was unwilling to honor its stated hours. The patient should not have had their end-of-life care complicated by an avoidable scheduling issue, and the owner should not have had to bear the additional stress and inconvenience at such a difficult moment.
I strongly urge you to reconsider how situations like this are handled in the future. Compassion, reliability, and honoring your advertised hours are especially important in veterinary medicine, where patients and their owners often come to us during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

The staff here told me to give my epileptic dog flea/tick/heartworm medication that would cause her seizures. Oversights happen sometimes, I suppose? Additionally, when I call to get her prescription refilled, the staff is completely unaware of the medication or dosage she is on. They told me they would check with the doctor and give me a call back. 2 days later I have to call back and am still met with a staff member on the phone who pulls up my account with no issue but seemingly has no clue that my dog is on medication because she is epileptic.
The customer service here is horrible. I wish I would have read the reviews before signing up for a wellness plan here. The negligence is jarring.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
