  I have been taking my dog to BVH since she was 2 months old All well and sick visits are what u would expect. Accurate diagnosis and treatment and well visits for shots etc u r in and out And my pup loves them

  BVH Staff is the best, they always take the greatest of Kai, who is a nervous pup.We’ve been taking him there since he was a puppy and they have life long clients.

  My dog always receives the best veterinary care. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful.

  BVH is the best. The entire staff is welcoming, accommodating and very knowledgeable. They are caring and attentive. Dr. Ritter is the best. She is very understanding, good listener and really cares about her patients and their parents too!

  I have requested my invoice 3 times now and still havent received it. I wrote in that I was very dissatisfied with my hour and a half visit, most of it waiting with my cat who has to be on a gabapentin bc of his fear of vet visits. The relief doctor didnt not spend adequate time checking my 9 year old cat and the techs took way too long trying to find a vein for his bloodwork, which made my cat very uncomfortable. The response from the practice manager was awful, just full of excuses. I've never experienced a more frustrating vet visit. And now ill have to make another appointment for my cat since he did not get a thorough wellness check.
