Very reassured about my new cat's health. That's why I've been going there for 18 years. They love our pets! Can't beat that.

Dr. Conley was great! It was our first time meeting her. She answered all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. She was gentle with our pet. She referred to our four year old cat as “the baby”, which was very correct of her. We hope we see her again!

Dr. Feeney is the best veterinarian I have ever worked with. I had the pleasure of working with her for years at a previous practice, and I was thrilled when she joined Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital after we transferred there. At my most recent appointment, I was reminded why I trust her so much. As a parent with young children and a limited budget, I appreciated being treated with understanding and respect. Dr. Feeney thoroughly explained the benefits of the recommended blood work for my senior dog, but she also took the time to listen when I explained that, given my dog's age, we would likely choose comfort and quality of life over extensive treatment if a serious issue were found. What stood out most was her compassion and lack of judgment. She never made me feel guilty about my decision and reassured me that choosing not to pursue every possible intervention does not mean my dog is any less loved or cared for. Her approach is both professional and realistic, especially when it comes to balancing veterinary care with the financial realities many families face. Dr. Feeney genuinely cares about her patients and their families. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I brought my senior dog to this veterinary office last Thursday because she was having difficulty urinating and was clearly not feeling well. I explained all of her symptoms and concerns during the appointment. Despite her condition, the only treatment provided was a prescription medication and blood work, and we were told to return in a month for a follow-up. Just a few days later, her condition worsened, and we took her to an emergency hospital, where we were informed that she had cancer. This diagnosis came as a complete shock. We trusted this veterinary practice with our dog's care for nearly two years. During that time, several ongoing health and skin issues were never fully resolved, and looking back, it feels like her underlying medical problems were never properly identified. As pet owners, we relied on their expertise and expected a more thorough evaluation, especially given her age and symptoms. This has been an incredibly painful experience, and we are deeply disappointed with the level of care and attention our dog received. EDIT: I am disappointed to see statements in the hospital's response that do not reflect our experience. We were never advised to seek immediate emergency or specialty care, and we were never informed that an ultrasound had been performed during Nala's visit. Had those concerns been clearly communicated, we would have acted immediately. Within days, we brought Nala to Red Bank Animal Hospital, where we spent over $8,000 pursuing advanced diagnostics and treatment. We have the medical records documenting her diagnosis and care. We stand by our review and remain deeply saddened by how this situation was handled during the final days of our beloved dog’s life.
