I needed assistance in locating an item, but the woman I asked for help couldn't be bothered to show me where the item was and she was rude. I asked for assistance again when I could not locate the item, and she was dismissive and told me to wait. First of, there was no one in the store since this was around the time the store opened. I guess she felt cleaning a tank or whatever she was doing, was more important than getting a sale. I work in customer support and have done so for close to 20 years now,. In my opinion, her behavior and demeanor was unacceptable. If you don't like your job, maybe you should quit and stop being a poor representation of the business. Needless to say, I walked out and didnt make my purchase.
