  We rented out the dog park yard for an hour on Labor Day, which understandably meant there would be nobody available in the office - not a problem since we wouldn't need anything. HOWEVER. Charging $15 for the yard rental may not seem like much, but when we arrived and saw what exactly we had rented, the disappointment was palpable. It was a fenced in yard with broken agility equipment, an empty kiddie pool, empty water bowls, and poop that nobody had picked up. Additionally, the website claims "The neighboring field houses mini horses and goats so there are lots of good smells!" All we saw was what looked like a long-abandoned and neglected field on which nothing had grazed in quite a while. Also while we were there, someone who I assume was an employee came over and told us there was someone there for private training, and would we mind leaving the field? At that point we still had 30 minutes left on our reservation, so we declined to leave. First of all, nobody was supposed to be there. Second of all, clearly the employees were not informed of our reservation. Just an overall disappointment in every way.

  1st boarding for our rescue puppy. Watched on camera from vacation as she played with many new friends! At pick up she wasn't in a hurry to leave! We will be back for daycare!

  I have been a loyal client for several years, utilizing your facility at least three times annually for our two dogs, with stays ranging from three to sixteen days. Our recent two-week stay cost up to $3,400, which we paid in full, including additional fees for exit baths. Unfortunately, upon returning home, both dogs were dirty and ill, requiring immediate veterinary attention for vomiting and diarrhea with blood. It was determined that they had infections contracted at your facility. I communicated this situation to your team and requested assistance with the veterinary bills, which totaled $745—a reasonable amount compared to typical veterinary care. However, I was informed that only $200 per dog would be covered due to your insurance policy's limitations. This response is unacceptable; it shifts blame onto your insurance rather than addressing the underlying issue. I declined the financial offer due to its degrading and insulting nature, as it demonstrated a lack of empathy towards the client and their pet. The amount of the bill, whether $200 or $2,000, should not dictate the level of care and accountability expected from your facility. Given our substantial investment, totaling thousands of dollars, we anticipated a higher standard of service and concern for our pets. The lack of empathy and accountability in this situation is disappointing and does not reflect the loyalty we have shown as clients.

  This place is amazing and we used it during our month long vacation in New Jersey, the staff was wonderful and made our Newfoundland feel at home. Such cute day things you can add on to your package too like activities and snacks. We were staying in an Airbnb so it was really nice to have him bathed and brushed before we would bring him back after a night or two there. We also loved being able to watch him on the camera when we missed him. One of the best experiences we have had with a boarding facility in all our years having animals. So much so we are planning to fly out of New Jersey to a vacation just so our Newfoundland can go there!
