  I was refused service for my pit bull because he wore a muzzle when we got there. I was in the store with him two days prior with his muzzle on because it is required where I live and it's just a habit to keep it on. The associate on that day was very helpful with me finding things I needed for him and I was told I could make an appointment with a groomer for him online which I did make the appointment. When I went to my appointment, the groomer refused him when she saw the muzzle on.. He was only there for anal check. Which would have only taken 5 minutes. He has been there before for his nails and also for dog training classes. And he did so without his muzzle on. They were several other customers in the store with their dogs (mine just sat there nice and quiet) . I'm very disappointed they are prejudice against pitbulls like a lot of people are and that's just too bad.

  Do not recommend them for grooming. They rushed my dog to emergency vet without calling me first said he had a seizure- check up and blood work at his own vet he was cleared - NO seizure.. at best had an anxiety attack. My poor dog. Not trained well at this establishment.

  I left my dog for a grooming. They called me less than an hour to tell me my dog was ready. I went to go pick her up and the groomer made a remark that my dog has spice and some sass. I get home and start petting my dog only to realize that her underside is just as dirty as it was prior to the grooming and she wasn't fully dry. I'm very disappointed with this service as I have used Petco services before but this location was just bad. Please steer away from grooming here and take your animal somewhere else.

  Joanne the dog trainer. I have a Thai Ridgeback, who you may all know Atticus Bruce Charles BARRANCO, I have had for a year and a half. He’s a great little dog who can be very stubborn but is very sweet. I looked for trainers who were very expensive who I just didn’t connect with. And then we met Joanne who is wonderful. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and kind and knowledgeable she is. Atticus loves her and trust her. She gave us both excellent skills that we can build upon. If you’re looking for a trainer, Joanne is excellent.
