- AAAya AMay 22, 20261.0Extremely disappointed with the veterinary side of Vetco. I really wanted to like this place because I had a good impression of their grooming services, but my experience with the vet services felt incredibly misleading. I booked the “free first exam” that was advertised online and only intended to pay for my cat’s vaccines. Since I was at work, my husband took our cat to the appointment. He specifically asked to pay only for the vaccines, but was somehow convinced that paying for a $250 full package would be “cheaper” than paying separately. This made no sense, especially because Vetco publicly lists vaccine packages online for around $99. What makes this even more frustrating is that after paying $250, the only documentation we received was a rabies vaccine certificate. No visit summary, no breakdown of services, no medical notes, nothing. When I logged into the online portal afterward, the appointment was even marked as “missed,” despite us being charged in full. My cat was not sick and did not need unnecessary testing or add-ons, yet we were upsold into an expensive package without a clear explanation of what we were actually paying for. It honestly felt predatory, especially because they seemed to take advantage of the fact that my husband was unfamiliar with the pricing and trusted their recommendation. I genuinely wanted to continue using Vetco because it’s nearby and convenient, but this experience completely destroyed my trust in their veterinary services.

- TAT AOct 13, 20251.0The staff checking in are extremely below par, they clearly overbook (appts every 5 mins) we waited almost an hour PAST our appt time, when we arrived there was a dog that it was mentioned has kennel cough and was NOT separate from the other pets in such a closed off, small space - and now my 2 cats are sneezing like crazy - so likely will now need treatment (it IS cross contagious) most definitely at another location (more $$) and the rabies vaccine is sooo over priced! Just shy of $100 for 2 cats to be vaccinated (at another clinic, this previously cost $15-20 per cat) 🤯 and the vet stuck one of my cats twice because she "didn't want to put it there" the first stick 🤦♀️ I will NEVER return or use this clinic again. If you need an appt quick and can ignore the subpar humans, don't mind a wait, potential infection exposure, and higher prices then this is your place. I STRONGLY suggest you go elsewhere though
