    I understand they just opened, but besides the doctor I feel that the staff is not very knowledgeable. Very disorganized and my cats records are still not updated to reflect the prescription prescribed, nor did I get a print out of what was officially done and for which pet. The only thing I received was a regular petco receipt. Also I was charged 53.40 for a “prescription” when they could have told me to get it in the store off the shelf for 19.99. I can see charging when it’s a true prescription but not something you can purchase in the store. Not very happy to say the least.
