I just want to say that this place has been amazing with dealing with my senior dog. The care and attention we have received from the staff has been over the top. Dr. B is caring, compassionate, understanding, kind, and communication has been so special. Everyone has remembered my pet's name and needs. It has brought me to tears how much they care. Thank you for being so kind and loving in such a difficult time.

Not only was the entire staff late, they said the appointment I booked wasn’t there, they were rude to not only myself but an elderly woman with her dog. These people do not care about you or your pet, avoid at all costs

This was my first time at the Manchester Banfield Vet, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. From the start, I felt pressured by the technician to get the Bordetella vaccine for my dog even after I clearly explained that I do not plan on bringing him to dog parks, boarding facilities, doggy daycares, or grooming salons. I said no, but it was still kept on there. What makes this even worse is that nobody explained the possible side effects of this vaccine. Now my dog is not acting like himself, and as a pet owner that is extremely concerning. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was that they took my dog out back for his exam instead of doing it in the room with me. Every other vet I’ve been to has always done the exam right in front of me, so this felt very strange and left me feeling uneasy. On top of that, my appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM, but the doctor didn’t come in until around 4:30 PM. I didn’t leave until 5:12 PM. Waiting that long with no communication was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, this was a poor first experience, and I left feeling unheard, pressured, and disappointed.

DO NOT SEE “DOCTOR” CHELSEA MITCHELL. entire staff was UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE ! I had an appointment I made online at 8:15 am this morning because my cat got injured in the wee hours on the morning. I show up at 8:10 receptionist has a nasty mouth & tells me our online booking doesn’t show up on their computers so too bad so sad no appointment today?? Ummmm? I look around and there is one other client there. I tell the receptionists my cat is injured and I show her the booked appt on my phone she tells me they can’t take him they are too booked. I ask if the vet will come out and speak to me and she COWARDLY declined. I don’t know what kind of vet in good conscience would turn away an injured animal knowing I did have an appointment and it is THEIR systems fault. They do not care about animals!!!! They are there to collect a check!
