  The groomers were done and handed me my dog. Then they normally wait until I pay to give me my dog but they gave me him, there was pee on the ground and he started to pee over it. I apologized as he stayed still and was starting to shake. The lady behind the counter told me to get paper towels at the cleaning station, but I couldn't find it, my dog was still nervous and I noticed more pee on the floor which my dog stepped in. The lady came around the corner, now yelling at me about people stepping in my dogs pee, as she showed me the station, I didn't know. I did get paper towels to go over and clean, which she did before I got there, then I heard her yelling about more pee, as if she was blaming my dog for more pee she found. I was so embarrassed. I had no problem cleaning after my dog but not being treated like I had him pee on purpose and expectinh me to know where cleaning supplies was and then blaming other dogs pee on my dog. I could tell she was in a bad mood. Not okay. I paid and left. Won't be going back. Already cancelled my dogs grooming session.

  This encounter may have been a one off but it was enough to prevent me from wanting to go back to this store. I usually prefer petsmart but petco is closer to home so I was in the store and saw a cat tree I wanted to buy and it didn't have a price on it so I went to the website where it said you order on line and pick it up in store you could get 10% off. I attempted to get into my rewards account to order and wasn't able to reset my password. Since I was already in store I went to check out (at the store) with the item in hand and asked if they got into my account with my phone number could they just give me the 10% off. The manager on duty rudely said no and told me to order it on line. So I stepped aside and attempted to reset my rewards account password several times and the reset emails didn't come through. I finally said forget it and left. Bottom line is, the manager was rude and basically blew me off so she lost a substantial sale. Yet another reason to drive to petsmart.

  SHE LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE "Oh, let me help you, I promise you can just cancel it right after!" PRETENDING TO TRY TO BE A GIRLS-GIRL AND HELP ME, AND KNOWINGLY TRAPPED ME IN A MONTHY BUT ALSO ANNUALLY OVER 100 DOLLAR PET CARE PLAN. YOU CAN'T CANCEL IT WITH THEM, YOU HAVE TO GET A NEW CARD TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM(WORK I DIDN'T WANT TO DO) FIX IT, GIVE MY MONEY BACK, REMOVE THE PLAN. They don't even make it possible for you to cancel it on your account and they won't help you on the phone, they just give you the runaround. They will not end it. I feel cheated and it should be illegal! I'm a single mom and already struggling! Fix it and fire her 🔥 you shouldn't be allowed to lie straight to customers, trapping innocent people it strict year long uncancleable contracts. I'm so angry. 😠 😡 👿 Make it right. I'm autistic and I feel taken advantage of, I feel sick. I already called all the numbers, and they keep passing me back-and-forth. Tell me they can't help me..
