PRETENDING TO TRY TO BE A GIRLS-GIRL AND HELP ME, AND KNOWINGLY TRAPPED ME IN A MONTHY BUT ALSO ANNUALLY OVER 100 DOLLAR PET CARE PLAN. YOU CAN'T CANCEL IT WITH THEM, YOU HAVE TO GET A NEW CARD TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM(WORK I DIDN'T WANT TO DO) FIX IT, GIVE MY MONEY BACK, REMOVE THE PLAN. They don't even make it possible for you to cancel it on your account and they won't help you on the phone, they just give you the runaround. They will not end it. I feel cheated and it should be illegal! I'm a single mom and already struggling! Fix it and fire her 🔥 you shouldn't be allowed to lie straight to customers, trapping innocent people it strict year long uncancleable contracts. I'm so angry. 😠😡 👿 Make it right. I'm autistic and I feel taken advantage of, I feel sick. I already called all the numbers, and they keep passing me back-and-forth. Tell me they can't help me..

My visit was pleasant overall, though a few areas of the store were dirty and could use more attention. With a little extra cleaning, this could easily become a five-star shopping experience!
