- KKKristina5 days ago2.0The rating is more so for the clinic they hold there. The store overall is pretty good. The workers seem to know their stuff. But the way they have the pet clinic set up is just silly. Middle of the store… nothing to keep the fur babies from seeing left EVERY animal there. I also wasn’t a big fan of their vet. He just came off rude. But it was super simple to set up the appt. And it was helpful overall

- DHdavid hooperApr 11, 20263.0Had a dog grooming appt for 8am Saturday April 11th 2026, got there and groomers were there outside waiting for someone to show up with store keys. A 805am keys show up, we go in and dog gets nails trimmed and buffed, excellent work and highly appreciated courtesy shown by the groomers, went to counter to pay and worker behind counter states that store is not truly open and would be another 30 mins, if I had wanted a 830 - 845 appt I would of scheduled it not the 8am one Groomers are at no fault just the worker behind the main counter
