The only way they could give me a refund was if something showed up on a water sample. But since they are worms, nothing would show up anyways. Person on the phone gave me lots of attitude, and was overall very unhelpful.

ONCE THERE, HE ALSO SUGGESTED I BUY THE LARGER SIZE BAG OF FEED, AS IT APPEARED TO BE A BETTER FINANCIAL DEAL. HE IS ONE OF THE REASONS I WILL RETURN TO THIS STORE FOR MY CAT'S NEEDS.
