  This is my first review ever I'm not the type to do so that's how you can tell this situation was completely mind blowing AMANDA groomer is very unprofessional and rude refused to look at my dog for a groom off of a friends opinion told me my dog needed to be put to sleep to be groomed bc of some minimal matting on his chin when I was questioning her opinion she didn't like that very much it had to be her way or no way and she ended up hanging up on me . Anyways PETCO in Manchester Rachel she did amazing ended up grooming my dog NO PROBLEM even the vet said whoever told me that was very uneducated I'll post some pictures below so you can hopefully learn from this experience I love Petco I'm a vital care rewards member but people like Amanda would definitely make me cancel and never come back

  Helen in the fish section was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable person I have encountered in this hobby. Spent time to help me with my new tank and genuinely cared about the result
