- AAAmalíaOct 7, 20265.0I appreciate this store and all of the support I've gotten to give my dog a healthier and more comfortable life. I am so grateful for Suki, Jenna, and Addy for all of the time they take to help me when I come in. Everything nutritional that my dog needs is here. Thank you 💛🙏✨️🍋
- MMMs MitchellOct 1, 20265.0My pupper Jazmine & I love shopping here. Everyone is very friendly, always willing to help & answer questions.
- HWHoney WSep 6, 20262.0I would love to love this place, but it's expensive and sometimes I feel like I'm being judged by the people who work here. They don't seem very knowledgeable about the products they sell, at least from the people who have helped me. I called to make an appointment for a nail trim and possibly a dog wash, but was told I have to book online at their Shopify online store. For some reason the links didn't work right when I clicked on them. I think the most unnerving thing is that the employees there think it's their place to remind their customers that their vet would like to see their pet. Sounds like my vet found out that I shop at the store and the shop likes to lean into the neighborhood gossip. I don't know, I think focusing on doing their job and being knowledgable about their products rather than creating rumors and gossip of customers lives and understanding boundaries between a vet and their patient is a bit more important. It's too bad I won't be shopping there again because they have a brand of food that has limited ingredients that could help my dogs heart murmur and could increase the number of years of her life.
