  First time my cat has had a bath or professional grooming--staff are obviously highly adept and clearly know how to handle testy clients (of both the human and feline variety lol). They kept me apprised of my girl's status throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and were so understanding of my own unfamiliarity with the process. So glad to have found them, we will definitely be coming back. My Girl had a wonderful "spa day" and is now clean, de-clumoed, and smelling good. Thank you so much!! (Edit: typos)

  This is the MOST wonderful boarding and grooming business for cats. We have been bringing our cat, Milo, to Jenny since 2016. We were thrilled when she began offering boarding in addition to grooming. There is no other place we would take Milo to because The Grand Feline is the BEST. Everyone who works there is so kind and caring and you can tell they truly love cats. We would recommend Grand Feline to anyone who truly wants the best boarding experience for their cat.

  Long-haired grumpy Winston was matted beyond help from a brush. So I called the professionals in. There are no words. His lion cut has relieved him of the mats & relieved me of extra vacuuming! These gals did a phenomenal job. They handled him with care and took extra steps to ensure his rotten mood wouldn't affect their work. We will absolutely be back! Thank you ladies for doing such a wonderful job & helping him feel better by eliminating the mats that I could not remove. 💙 TWO THUMBS UP! 👍👍

  My Maxwell is diabetic and requires more care than I wanted to ask my dad to try and do while we were on vacation. I am so happy with my experience with Grand Feline. This was Maxwell's first time ever boarding and I was a nervous momma. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They took care of my boy like he was their own pet. They provided updates as well. Maxwell is already booked for another stay later this summer.

  This was an amazing place to get my cat groomed! They were so polite and attentive and I would absolutely come here again. I got the deshedding shampoo and the claw caps for my cat and she was so soft and shiny, and aside from her usual complaints being put in the carrier she seemed very calm and happy here! The prices aren't super cheap, but for the quality of service and attention to detail it was well worth it!
