  The Grand Feline did a fantastic job when I had to leave town suddenly. I was able to call and book easily, the employees were all so nice and took great care of my cats during their stay. Also having the pet camera in the room, I could check on them at anytime and it was so comforting. Highly recommend!

  I just boarded my kitty for 12 days. She’s very shy, but the staff were all so amazing with her, spending time with her, brushing and petting her. They made sure she was comfortable and not stressed and created a little blanket cave for her so she could hide when she needed a place to retreat. I’m confident she was well cared for. I like that I could check in on her via the webcam and even talk to her through the app. I also called twice and emailed once to check on her. They were very understanding and helpful when I needed an update. I definitely recommend Grand Feline to anyone needing a safe, loving place for their cat to stay.

  The Grand Feline Hotel & Salon lives up to it's name and then some! I brought my Ragdoll in for the first time and they treated him like royalty! He was so matted they had to do a modified lion comfort cut and boy does he looks gorgeous now! I will be recommending them to everyone who has a cat! Professional from the first step in the door to the follow-up text!

  The grand feline hotel is, indeed, ‘the’ most excellent place to take my baby Princess. Though she’s not a baby and protests much when I treat her like one, she’s precious that way to me; but I took a chance to trust her to ‘The Grand Feline’ and I’m so elated that I did! My little queen is so fussy and fickle about being touched or handled. She won't let me near her to give her a complete and proper bath but these ladies are so experienced, she must have melted in their arms. She was just so very well groomed and pristine looking when I got her back home! She was very calm, very well-mannered as though she had that much needed ‘grooming care’ along with some love and kind treatment. The facility is humble but peaceful, clean, well-managed and full of courteous, attentive ladies; they truly exemplified genuine concern and politeness. They're very thorough in explaining what to expect and complete in illustrating what they have to offer from the facility. Thank you so much for your most excellent care, concern and protection for my little one. I most certainly ‘will’ be back again before the next trip!

  They did fantastic grooming my cat. She is notorious for causing problems when being groomed, but they managed to groom and bathe her, and they were super nice. They even gave me a discount because they had to return her to me still damp. For the services provided, the cost was worth it! My cat was not happy but I’m glad they were able to shave her mats!
