- DRDave RolandAug 17, 20261.0Went in yesterday afternoon 08/16/26 around 3PM after my kitty came home from the vet. The vet prescribed my cat a special diet. The manager refused to sell the food to me despite having my prescription in hand. He said "that's how the law works". It's not a controlled substance and I have a prescription. Also the food in question was not locked up in any way. It's easily available for customers to grab directly off the sales floor with a price tag. Was told my cat would have to starve until their in-house vet came in. My vet and I will no longer be referring patients to this store.

- MGMelody GoldenJul 31, 20262.0I hope they were just having an off day. Bathrooms broken, buckets all around the store. Fish area an absolute mess. Hard to walk around with a cart because there is just stuff everywhere it shouldnt be. I hadnt been in for a while. I hope they do something.

Hair algea everywhere and the sump level was way too low causing the pump to suck in air and pump tons of micro bubbles into the tanks which is dangerous.
