  I brought my Yorkiepoo in to get groomed yesterday, on time at 10am, as scheduled. They said he would not be done until 1pm - ok 3 hours seems long but ok. I then went over on a board how long I wanted his hair - and that i did not want it too short. He has been there 2 times before, never had a problem and looked great. I called at noon to say - do you have an estimate of when he would be finished - now he would not be done until 1:30. Next I had never gotten any text like i normally do, but somehow they called me at 12:08 right after I called them to let me know that my dog had nipped at the groomer when they tried to shave his front legs. What? I never wanted anything shaved! and he would not be finished. He has never bit anyone. I think it was a groomer issue. I think they were overbooked, behind and they were assertive with my 7 month old puppy. I came to pick up a scared, shaking dog, that was completely shaved down to the skin almost - with long tufts of hair all over his paws and legs and a fluffy not groomed head like a dandelion. I will never ever go back. my dog is sweet to everyone, good with other dogs and has been socialized and trained. He looks absolutely terrible and I am now taking him to another groomer. They then forgot to give me his collar and I had to go back to get it. This was a terrible terrible experience. I understand Dogs can be unpredictable with different people but I feel this is on them.

  Nice store, very friendly people ready to assist you. Very clean. I would recommend the store to anyone looking for pet supplies.

  Spoke to Jacob three times about my online order and each time he was EXTREMELY rude. He sounded irritated, impatient and had a nasty tone in his voice. He also hung up on me the second time I called. So then I called back a third time. During our third conversation (if I can call it that because he kept talking over me and cutting me off) I told him about how he was talking AT me (hence, not to me) and you know what he said?! "Oh well, I heard you and you can leave a review." So that is what I am doing. He never apologized nor took responsibility for his behavior. NOTE: On all 3 phone calls I remained pleasant and calm with him to no avail. We usually pick up our online orders at the Bellevue location and we have never had any problems with their customer service. We will not be doing business anymore with this location going forward. He better be glad it was over the phone and not in-person because he made me want to slap that nasty tone out of his voice. They should not have someone like this answering their phone NOR working there. My husband is picking up this order and I told him to ask to speak to the manager and report Jacob. Also, here's a tip for Jacob: If you don't like handling customers with respect and courtesy then go find yourself a different job because the only reason you get a paycheck from Petco is because of the customers. OUR MONEY = YOUR PAYCHECK.

  Gross. This location is beyond disgusting. All of the animal enclosures were filthy. Save your time and money and go to Pet Supplies Plus. At least they care for animals.
