I live in Lincoln and I have been looking for another ferret for my ferret, to have a companion for several months. Now I call there, they said they had two I said, okay, bet I told them I was looking for a second one for my lil guy on the phone is be there soon. Drove an hour just for the guy to tell me that I had to buy both of them. They would not sell them individually. Even though I called twice to verify that the ferrets were there before I hit the road. No one had expressed that to me on the phone. I call back yesterday to see if the ferrets are still there. Come to find out. Both of them got sold individually to different places. Although I was told that they were bonded and they could not be sold individually. I'm extremely upset. I was even willing to take both of them if they would cut me a deal. What's crazy, though, is that they both got sold individually to different people. My poor guy is still alone. I'm heart broken. I fell in love with the two girls they had in store and my baby would have been so happy. The struggle to find another one has been real. I feel lied to. Idk what made them lie to me and decide I couldn't buy one. My little man is spoiled and loved and well taken care of. He deserves companions. Someone should fire the guy at the store who lied to me. That's some b.s.

We had ordered some dog food for a pick up. Jonathan helped us determine that we'd mistakenly ordered it from a store on the other side of town. Jonathan called the other store for us and cancelled that order. He then walked us through his shelves and pulled the dog food we had wanted. Jonathan was patient and pleasant, and represented the finest standards of customer service. He's a keeper for an employee.

Worst petco/ pet store I’ve been to employees would rather stand in a circle and talk about whatever and stare at you while you’re waiting to be helped. Stay away from this petco can’t get anyone to help you in the fish area at all.. horrible horrible customer service. Won’t ever be going back to this store

Terrible service. I ordered $60 worth of dog food and called to adjust the house number, 1 number over and they told me I would need to cancel my order. Cant do the customer a common decency of just writing the correct house number for the door dash driver.
