  Dr. Stephanie Jones has taken excellent care of both our previous dog, Captain, and now our German Shepherd, Max. We trust her and appreciate the care she provides. Max’s surgery went well, and he’s recovering nicely, which is what matters most. Our only concern was the communication surrounding the procedure and discharge. We understood that surgery schedules can change, and we appreciate that emergencies happen in veterinary medicine. That wasn’t the issue. The difficult part was leaving with incomplete discharge information, confusion about medications, and having to piece together parts of the recovery plan ourselves. A few more updates during the day and a more thorough discharge process would have made a stressful day much easier. Overall, we’re thankful for the medical care Max received and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future families.

  Only place I take my cats & dogs as we get great care for them. In the past I had an old cat & they helped me keep her comfortable & happy. Highly recommend Dr. Elizabeth Jones. She is great.

  My Boston Terrier was very ill and not eating. We took him to Banfield vet clinic. From the reception to the veterinarian the employees were very professional and compassionate. They discussed what was needed to ascertain why my dog was ill and the costs of tests and treatments. All of my questions were answered and options presented. I had answers within 20 minutes of bloodwork and X-rays. They sent me home with medication and low fat dog food. I was skeptical he would improve but in 48 hours he was eating again. He was back to his old self after 5 days. I am very thankful for the care they gave and the reasonable cost of the care. I will definitely use Banfield vet clinic for all of my dogs care.

  Beginning at the reception desk to the exam rooms, everyone was welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. We were throughly impressed. They were especially good with making Rigby, a 40 pound 1st timer, feel calm and comfortable with genuine kindness. We chose to go with their Pet Insurance as the price was fair considering all the care that is included. We would definitely recommend them to our friends.

  They offer great plans which all 3 of my dogs are on and the staff is very nice! I’m giving two stars just because every appointment I have been to I am waiting for well over an hour until I am leaving. This time they had me in the waiting area the entire time because the other rooms are full and it just seems to be over booked in my opinion. I feel like a vet visit should not take a hour from the time of check In to get to a patient room. Let alone not even be in one.
