  Hands down, the best pet store in town. Actually clean! Organized! The animals for sale are well cared for, I look at the enclosures every time I'm in and I've never once seen unsafe or unclean conditions for the little guys. Everything you could possibly need for most kinds of pets in various life stages. Fair prices and generous rewards. The store manager is a wonderful guy, brings his own puppy in for their training classes and is always open to feedback on the place. Very kind, passionate, and reasonable. Pet stores can be an absolute nightmare, but this one is exactly what they should be.

  I have normally had very good luck here but went in today to get some things for my fish tank. Had roughly 75-90 bucks of stuff and still needed to get some drift wood. Ask a worker that was blading with long hair if could help with getting some things. From the moment I asked he seemed not interested and said he would be back. I waited 20 min by the tank. Finally went up and to see him talking to a coworker. I find this rude and shows little customer services.

  They usually have what I need. I would like to see the inventory kept up to date. I was trying to order some cat food online and said not available at this store but when I was up there I know I had seen the one I use. So I am confused why it says I have to order it instead of in store pick up.

  I shopped with two small dogs - one in a front carrier and the other in the cart with a leash. I walked the entire store and saw literally one person who is helping another customer someone giving samples and one person at the register and could not find anyone to help me for over 15 minutes. I was looking specifically for bath products and medicated wipes the shelves were half empty in that aisle and in several other aisles that I visited so not sure if the location is closing or they just had not stocked yet. I really wanted to ask someone questions about the wipes and a rash that my dog had and some suggestions about some shampoo products but never could find anyone and no one ever approached me the person who cashed me out had a line and wasn't able to answer any questions. Very disappointing as I was struggling with the dogs and obviously could have used a little bit of assistance finding my products.
