  Purchased dog treats out of the bin along with some other things, paid with a debit card and they asked for my rewards number and weighed my biscuits. Was looking at other things and chatting with cashier as well as the party I was with. Got home a few hrs later (Kearney) and noticed my biscuits not in the bag. Called the store and they were left on the scale mistakenly by cashier, I called and they would not refund my card and told me Id have to drive back to GI to get them. Which is a town I go to once every few months if that. Why is it not possible to refund me this if they looked up my rewards and have my transaction or send me a gift card in exchange??? So Im just out money I guess. Wont do business with again!!

  If you're looking for fish there aren't really any LFS unless you go into the city and it's way better than PetSmart. Varied fish selection and friendly staff. I also enjoy the variety of plants even though they are not in the best condition sometimes.

  Nice kind workers, I asked what hamsters they had she showed me them with a kind attitude!, and I found the perfect hamster and she told me I should name it stripe because it had a stripe and that was so nice because I didn’t even know a name!

  Great place to take the elderly and disabled clients to for them to experience various types of animals that they aren't able to interact with on their own. The staff is amazing assisting clients one on one with the animals. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to experience the therapeutic atmosphere Petco and their staff provides.
